It took a bit longer to receive the shipment. The t-shirt I ordered is very beautiful and as shown in the picture, while the skirt is a slightly different color than what is shown on the website, than I expected to get. However, overall it was a good experience.
The sweaters I ordered were great quality but the shipping took a while. I was worried I would not receive it by Christmas but they did arrive on time. Just longer than anticipated so make sure to give yourself plenty of time if ordering for a specific event.
Arrived much later than promised. Never clearly said that it will be shipped from China? Until I was tracking the order. Missed Christmas. The skirts I ordered were see through, even with the extra skirt underneath that supposed to handle this issue.The bottom needs hemming, which costs more than the skirt!, which is already not cheep. Very disappointed. Will not order again.
I've only received 3/4 items and no sign of the final item a month after ordering
My items did not arrive in a timely fashion, they arrived after Christmas in fact. I no longer wanted the sweaters and felt I should be able to send them back without having to pay the return shipping. I contacted customer service and asked if this was possible and they would not waive the fee. I'm not happy with ChicWish and would not recommend them.
I received my red sequence skirt n matching jumper but they did not work for me and I spent €25 euros returning them in November but I still have not received my refund.
I'm really satisfied with my order. Everything is pretty and it matches the size. I will order again.
The above title really says it all. I have still NOT received my order and yet you were promising newer orders delivered in time for Christmas! What is happening and where is my order? If I could have given a rating of no stars, I would have done so!
The shopping experience was easwy, the site was designed well making it easy to find what i was looking for as well as providing good recommendations. The shipping updates were accurate and sufficient and once the skirts arrived I was so happy because the quality really is fabulous! I ordered the tulle skirts and they have more than one layer of tulle which makes them beautifully breezy.
The earrings looked nothing like they did in the Picture. It was much more yellow, the braid pattern was different and the pearl sizes were different and which is not what is shown in the picture. Please save your money and don't buy
I always am a little bit afraid that the real products don't match the pictures I saw but this time I really enjoyed the top and the bow that might not have the adequate consistency of fabric to keep it's "posture" was really great.
The skirt is also beautiful but... the skirt is made of tule layers over an underskirt made of sparkling peaces and that skirt was tight to the legs like bodycon dresses and not wide like the tule over it.
So this was the only thing I think might be better.

Received dress. Material was cheap looking. Fit did not flatter me.
Order took very long to receive, very poor quality clothing; terrible customer service; difficult return policy. Waiting for a confirmation that you received my return for a full refund.
