I'm very satisfied with the nice sweater I purchased for my wife. It took a little longer to be delivered - I didn't realize it was being sent all the way from China.
It's been over a month since my order and still hasn't been delivered.
Too long in getting my products delivered. It is almost three weeks.
Bought 3 maxi skirts and am very pleased with the length of the skirts. I'm tall with 35" inside leg for trousers which makes it difficult to buy bottoms the right length. I've now bought another 4 skirts. Love the vibrant colours as well. Thank you Chicwish
I had ordered two shirts from this website and I have only received one! Also I expected that the package would arrive by Christmas and I received it two weeks and a half after, which was shameful.
Furthermore, the material of the shirt I have received was not of top quality and has a bad smell.
The shorts embellished with pearls and jewels are exquisite, love them🥰
I can not get a hold of anyone to help me with my exchange / return.
Order was placed in early Dec, and ended up receiving 3x separate packages that took till early January. Also, I was not notified some of the pieces for out of stock until I had to reach out to customer support inquiring why I have not received the items in the first couple of weeks.
Secondly, the major disappointment has been a dress was marketed as 100% cotton, and when I received it, it was 100% polyester! Inaccurate and misleading description on the website!
Thirdly, the website is not user friendly as it would keep giving an error of no order found, when trying to initiate a refund of these items. I had to reach out to customer service over several emails, before a shipping label was finally sent to me.
I received only one item in my order and despite my contacting the company, I have not received the rest of my order in two months!
Gave this sweater as a Christmas gift, they loved it and it was so soft and good quality.
I ordered a dress on Dec 7 and it is Jan 8 and I have not received the dress. The event is this weekend, so this was a total waste of money. I now have 3 days to find a dress and I will never use this site again.
I ordered 2 skirts on 12/8 and received one of them on 12/24...seriously...
The one skirt I recieved was well made, but yhe shipping is rediculous. It is 1/7/25 and have still not received the second skirt. I could have made the skirt myself at this point... Trying to get a refund.

These earring were way too late to wear over Christmas. I was disappointed with how long they took to get here.
Order my stuff a month ago. Haven't received anything. A week ago I checked in and the order had not yet been processed so I requested to cancel my order. They responded the order had shipped. I check again and the order was still listed as not yet processed. I complained and suddenly I get a notification that it shipped. No tracking number nothing. Also no response to my complaint.
Shipping was fast, and I love my outfit. However I was a little skeptical cz when buying stuff online from China what you received doesn't look like the picture on the website. It took three days to despatch then another nine working days to be delivered. Not impressed.
Love the soft tulle skirts and top. Very feminine. Very soft and received many compliments.
