In April of 2021, I purchased a Green Glitter Midi Dress and was charged $86.00 on my credit card. I never did receive the dress or the refund I requested. It's been over a year and my credit card company was never able to ge a response so the charge stood as is. Ultimately, I would like a full refund and am unsure if Chic Star will even attempt to contact me.

Shoes did not fit. Reached out to company for return instructions they said that they will only give me 10% back on the price and a coupon for future purchases I want 100% back on my merchandise I don't want the shoes they are giving me the runaround poor customer service don't buy from now you'll be disappointed

I have submitted many designs that needed "work" yet a few days later the "big" designers have submitted them. Now they are giving me problems by allowing other "designers" to copy & paste my designs... it's a different category... it's still MY design... I had 2 designs picked for templates & I received nothing because I submitted under the "idea" category... another designer changed the collar on my design & she got $100 & I got zilch... total, absolute bull!

I ordered Faux layered blouse in red and black. I just ordered one in purple. The material is so beautiful. I just washed it, it came out so beautifully. I didn't even have to iron it. Usually polyester wrinkles from wearing and washing it, but it didn't. The quality for what I paid for it, is phenomenal. I love that you can suggest styles also. This site is so wonderful. Keep up the great work. I wear plus sizes. The selection is wonderful.

I purchased a pair of shoes that showed to be leather, i received them in cloth; and there is no address or how to get a return label to send them back, they only allow 30 days, but NO WHERE, NO WHERE is there a way to contact, reach, talk to, ANY ONE... I am so upset with this product

As i was writing this review i received my 2 pair of shoes. Please do not order from this website, the 2 pair that i received are not the shoes that i ordered, they are somewhat of a look alike but a very cheap lookalike. I mean the shoes that i ordered i really wanted but these that i received are horrible, they look very very cheap. (unbelievable)

I purchased the Summer Women's Fashion Chunky Heel Leather and wore it six times to special business occasions. One heel broke, and the other is cracked! DO NOT BUY.

Chicstar.com is website where you can buy, submit designs, submit photos of yourself wearing one of their pieces and vote... Chicstar has their own community made from their customers (myself included)... if alot of people vote for your design or add it to their wishlist chances are your design will get approved and sent into production which means, chicstar will give you credit to use at their store or you can have it withdrawn to your paypal. Ok now getting back to the photos, for each photo you submit you automatically get $10 credit and they put your photo into a weekly contest with other customers whoever has the most votes gets to be "chicstar of the week" your photo will be on the home page and you get a $100 credit to use at their store or have it withdrawn to your paypal like I said before. The offer a unique selection of pinup, rockability, gothic, victorian clothing at reasonable prices. I got a closetful of their clothing and I always get compliments on my clothes. So I recommend chicstar.com for fashion designers and people who love unique beautiful clothing :)

These shoes look hideous and cheap! I got my money and they super slow and don't communicate. These are not the same shoes from Facebook ad.
