When we called Dannielle at the Tuscola Chico's store to inquire about a return, Dannielle could not have been more cordial or more helpful We were retuning jeggings that were unworn and wrong size. When we got to the Tuscola store, Sarah was so friendly and efficient with doing our return, Both of these women made me feel so good about the return, I love this Chico's store and know why I like to shop there exclusively. I've ordered many times from Chicos off the rack, some items have been good and fairly priced when on sale others have been poor quality. Receiving a refund for returns is a nightmare taking over a month sometimes longer. Items not on sale for the quality are poor they do not last even one wash for a cost of 50$ often per item. Jcpenny and Walmart does better at this point and cheaper. Plus it costs every time you return, not worth my money or time.

I bought a bunch of stuff during their Black Friday sale, but had to return most of it. I don't live near a store, so it took a while for me to get to the mall, but the receipt said I had until the 29th. Today is the 27th. We got there and the computer kept saying it was past the return date. The sales clerk couldn't override it, there was no manager in the store to override it, customer service said the manager had to do it and could I drive the hour back and forth again and just come back tomorrow. Really? On a work day? I felt like I was trapped in a horrible sitcom. Finally, someone agreed to take care of it for us tomorrow and we took down their name, number, etc. We'll see if we actually get our money back. What ridiculousness.

I don't mind paying a good price but when I get the same item on aliexpress.com for $4.67 I am furious. Quality-fabric so thin you could see my birthmark!
Also shipping invoice states my price (which I paid)(a sale price) 17.99 then discounted price 4.37! Gee wonder where that came from
And yes I know that most clothes are made in China! But why the deceit?
Can't shop online to get what you pay for. Lol
I am trying to buy my mom a few sweaters for Christmas. I want to pay for it and ship to her address in another state. Online it absolutely will not allow me to fix the addresses. The billing address is wrong so I try to change it and it turns it into the shipping address and vice versa. Can't get a hold of chat (says it's outside business hours) or anyone on the phone. Says their business hours are 7am to 1am EST. Do they mean 1pm? According to my watch they should be open. I'm done, will shop somewhere else.
Tip for consumers:
Try calling between 7am and 1PM EST maybe?
