I orders a dress 7/12/19 for an event happening on 7/26/19, before I purchase my product I chatted with customer service, asking if they can expedite shipping and of course I will pay extra and ask will it be possible to get this dress before 7/26/19, they said yes we will notify our carries tobget that out ASAP, so I got confirmation and devoted to order, couples day went past I didn't get any notification or tracking number, so I reached out again, mind you this place is in China, so our morning is their night! She(lex) finally gave me a tracking number, after several days of the tracking not being updated, I get an update and the dress was to be delivered 8/3/19, a whole week after the event, finding that out the day before I had to scramble for another dress which! I just got the dress and to return it would be more than I got it did, I will never shop at this place again, if you do shop here go through amazon to get you 2 day shipping. Chicme is the worst never again please don't do it and the quality is not the same as the pictures
I purchased from June 17,2019 nine items- apparently while waiting on my order, one went out of stock. I wasn't informed until about one and a half week later. So I asked that they compensate me for wasting my time. They said no, only a refund or I choose another item at same cost or five dollars more. I told them I didn't see anything I liked except two blouse which would be approximately nine dollars more. They said no! They will refund. I took the refund.
When the other eight items arrived, the skirt suit I was anxiously waiting on was badly discoloured. I mean badly discoloured! I was so disappointed. I took pictures immediately and sent to them. The agent's tone of communication was so rude. It was like OK we will just send you a new one. They offered me 15% discount and $10 cash coupon to repurchase the item. When I went and check the availability of the item I realized that the price increased from $22 to $27. After doing the maths it didn't make any sense accepting that offer. I told them I need better compensation for the discoloured outfit because it honestly can't be worn. The tone was OK send it back, we will inspect it and send you a new one.
I express to them that I am not a first time shopper, i live in Jamaica and all my other outfits are amazing plus I want them to send a small in the new one even though the medium fit ok. I was told send it back and I must pay for all the shipping and handling expense. This was ridiculous! I sent it back because I just couldn't wear it.
In order for me to get those items here I had to pay $65. Now when this item arrives I have to pay another shipping and handling cost which is 40% of the cost. I will never shop with Chicme again! Until date the item has not arrive. My purchase has been from June 17,2019 and now it is August 1,2019.

Ordered a dress on Chicme.com. The dress description says polyester. When I got the dress it is made out of some sort of foam material. The dress can literally stand up on it's own. It seems they show the original on the site and then make fake ones to sell. If it's to good to be true... than it is. Never buying from them again. I'm not gonna try to return it because of the reviews on here. Lesson learned! I hope they needed the $33 more than me! They should not be allowed to sell in the U.S. A!

They charged me twice for the same item with two different prices. The first item was 31.05 but with express shipping it was 45.01 and then I log in to see where my package is and it says I didn't confirm the amount so I went ahead and confirmed it and they charged me 31.05 so I contacted them and all they said was sorry and they charged me once but they did not. I am still waiting on my refund. My item still says processing even after I contacted them and told them to cancel.

Terrible service no return forms I had to pay over £9 to return both items, for 3 wks back & forth with messages I'm so upset want one exchanged can't get to me on time i won't be using again be warned sizes are way small all this has did is stress me out never no hassle with no other website thanks

I ordered two swimsuits in two different colors one was blue and one was yellow they sent me two yellow bathing suit I asked to return the yellow swimsuit but they said Customerservice stated they don't do returns on bathing suits, I only took them out of the package to look at them to see how pretty they were then I realize I had two of the same colors so contacting the store or customer service I told them that I wanted to send one back and they were to send me the blue suit which I never got and the only thing they had to offer me was 30% on my card that's a joke so if you order some thing make sure that they will take it back or return I told them The mistake was on their end and they should honor their mistake and send me a new blue suit they had nothing to offer but an apology I told them I should not bear the brunt of their mistake nothing but an apology I'll never order from them I get they have beautiful stuff but do you know what if somebody can't read what I don't know the color words is the problem

The size of this site is a bit small, but the quality comparison price is OK, you can buy, but I will not push others to buy
I normally wear a small in top size and medium for bottom so I was a little skeptical about ordering a medium in this. While it is a little big up top so the one shoulder way doesn't really work for me, it was perfect but I could probably go small. Very stretchy.

The order number was incorrect, and the message made no sense. I made orders from Amazon.com and Yandy at the same time. Card approved, orders shipped in 2 days. I contacted chicme via live chat. The only response, follow instructions to have items sent. NO, you cannot have my private information. There is no legitimate reason you need that information. My card was processed, money received by chicme... but requested my private info. Run away people, run away... This site not only wants your money, they want to shop tour private info as well. I shop online all the time, no one ever asks for that information. Total scam.
