Everything is overpriced and yet cheap quality. Shipping was about one month from time order was placed.
I received the items late, so late that I received the email telling me it I didnt confirm my delivery I needed to contact customer support. After receiving the items I tried them on. Straight out of the bag one of them looked like the material was separating.

Was purchased for my wife. Had to remove fur since it was sharp, stitching was incomplete, and overall product is very cheaply made. The romper fits her well and the design is cute but not impressed with material used or quality

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
