Everything went well with my order but personally I think their stuff is expensive especially considering the fact that you still have to pay for shipping. I was happy with my order

Need better pictures of items on models also materials aren't good quality this stitching wasn't great lots of strings hanging out also the material has a very strong chemical smell. And I also did not receive the correct size on one item. Overall for the quality of items too expensive I think forever 21 clothing has better material and good prices

Shipping took a bit long I never received tracking information for my one package. Products all came and were nice.

From ordering to eventually dispatching the item took a while after complaining about when the item would get here did I see movement also the material used is not very good

My first order. I've wanted to order from here for ages but it's a chance on whether the clothes will fit or what quality. Quality wasn't as bad I was expecting but found the price and delivery charges very high

I loved the pants but i should have ordered down a size. I ordered a large but it should have been a middle. Wanted the them to fit like the model but mine are loose.

I received the items on time but the size are not the same as describe, my favorite dress did not fit too small at the bust.

Ordering on line was straight forward, ko tracking but informs when item has been dispatched. Delivery time not bad, product is OK, although comes up small.

I have attempted to contact this company on numerous occasions regarding returning items that were several sizes too small. The company has done nothing but give me the runaround requesting ridiculous things to frustrate the consumer until you give up returning the item.

Do you self a favor and buy from a company who will allow you to return the items honestly!

The only reason I didn't give five stars is because when I receive the dress is because it has some stains like if it was wet.

The dresses are for my Wife as a Christmas present the delivery was longer than expected.

Delivery was good. Product is very long in the leg so will need alterations.

Cute overalls. I love them but I usually take a size Medium US and had to order a 2x according to sizing chart and fit was perfect. Definitely order at least 2 sizes up

I have bought from this website a couple of times already. Each time I am disappointed. I will no longer give this website anymore chances. The materials of the clothes are not great. Much of the clothes do not look like they do in the pictures. Recently, I ordered multiple items and I wish I could have returned ALL of them. However, the company makes us responsible for paying the shipping costs for their horrible products. To avoid paying the shipping costs they offer to give 20% of what I paid for. This company still wants to take my money for poor clothes quality. It is unbelievable. If this website was any serious like the other websites they would give me my money back. This demonstrates that they have poor customer service.

I was sent a Small and ordered a XL. I emailed customer service about the issue in hope I could get an exchange quick enough to receive the correct size by Christmas but I had to resend the wrong size that was sent to me back first so we missed Christmas.

Dress came ripped, quality is terrible. Will not order from here again.
