Ordered a white Christmas jumper dress for my wife. What I received is far from white. It's a horrible dull beige colour. Not at all attractive

The dress has design issues between the skirt and top, one side is longer than the other side, the part that folds right on the center of the dress. The mesh top is ripped, so I cannot wear it. Delivery was for long about 20 days approx. And very disappointed cause it was for Christmas gift and almost half of the order doesn't fit very well...
It took a long time to arrive but I order it during Black Friday and with COVID it took a long time to arrive. Also the sizes were big, maybe make a xsmall size as well, the material that the dresses were made are really good!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
