It took little longer than I'm used to to receive my order, but it being Christmas time, and "Covid delays" could have had something to do with that. I was having a hard time tracking my order, so I made an inquiry. The response was fast and helpful, and they even followed up a few days later to make sure my order was received. Overall very satisfied with my experience and items.
The pictures looked so cute and I liked the price of the lingerie. Delivery time was reasonable and was within the given delivery window. The lingerie was so poorly made. It was cheap, so I get it, but it was like they didn't even try. Won't take a chance on Chicme again.
I honestly was skeptical about ordering from this company because i wasn't sure it was legit, but after receiving my tracking number and seeing it made it to California I was relieved. I will be ordering more, they have such beautiful sexy clothes and it fits perfect. I am 5'3 and 125 lbs. medium was perfect for me.

Was really disappointed after washing the sweater. It also was suppose to be off the shoulder sweater and doesn't fit that way.

I loved the look and design of the top so bought it, it arrived earlier than expected. However, I felt it was poor quality and it was a little on the small side. I requested an exchange, as I did like the design, but the seller hasn't got back to me, only through another site, but not to resolve the problem.

These it's are so small I order two sizes bigger and still can't fit in it
The top arrived, not as described, with holes in. I asked for a refund which I eventually got but not in full. I paid £25.73 in total and I was refunded £18. They won't refund the shipping. I have now gone to PayPal.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
