Didn't arrive until after Christmas although I ordered December 6th. Also I ordered 2 different overalls and received 1 overall and one pair of jeans that I will be returning. Not happy with the service.

Took to long to arrive. FedX was mentioned in the delivery implying quick delivery but the USPS service was used.
Each year at Christmas my wife and 2 daughters get matching jammies. This year they chose the Christmas wine glass gray shirt. Upon arrival the quality of the shirt design did not even come close to the image that was presented on the web site. On December 16,2020 we returned the three shirts in their original packaging (never worn) for a full refund. So far we have paid $91.11 for the shirts and another $14.28 on return shipping and have not received our purchase credit. I also emailed a copy of the shipping receipt and other purchase documentation.

Package took a while to arrive. 2 items didn't work, but now I'm stuck with them or stuck paying to ship them back.

This store is hit or miss, either it fits and it's cute or it's really bad and looks either cheap or poorly made. The other downfall is having to pay for your shipping if you don't buy in bulk not worth it. Cost is 18 and up just to ship.
Received good well packaged and on time. Quality of goods are pretty good my only criticism is that both items I ordered weren't really a UK size Medium like the charts say.

The photo is very misleading it looks like it is going to have a diamanté emblem on the front but in fact is it just a very plain plastic transfer - it only appears to sparkle in photos but not in real life! - would never have paid this price for what I got - very disappointed.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
