Didn't arrive until after Christmas although I ordered December 6th. Also I ordered 2 different overalls and received 1 overall and one pair of jeans that I will be returning. Not happy with the service.

Chic were very good at keeping me informed on produce availability.

Love the styles and how they followup on the orders.

Shipping takes so much time! I purchased couple of dresses for my birthday and I had to wear other clothes because it's been like a month after that and I haven't received anything yet. Horrible experience!

Absolutely no problem whatsoever. Have used a few times and will continue to do so.

Took to long to arrive. FedX was mentioned in the delivery implying quick delivery but the USPS service was used.

Each year at Christmas my wife and 2 daughters get matching jammies. This year they chose the Christmas wine glass gray shirt. Upon arrival the quality of the shirt design did not even come close to the image that was presented on the web site. On December 16,2020 we returned the three shirts in their original packaging (never worn) for a full refund. So far we have paid $91.11 for the shirts and another $14.28 on return shipping and have not received our purchase credit. I also emailed a copy of the shipping receipt and other purchase documentation.
PLEASE ADVISE!

Package took a while to arrive. 2 items didn't work, but now I'm stuck with them or stuck paying to ship them back.

I will advise to pay more attention to the materials /quality / if you ask me i would be careful what i will other from you shop next time.

Waste of money. One item went straight to the bin, shame. Absolutely cheap quality and not wearable

This store is hit or miss, either it fits and it's cute or it's really bad and looks either cheap or poorly made. The other downfall is having to pay for your shipping if you don't buy in bulk not worth it. Cost is 18 and up just to ship.

Received good well packaged and on time. Quality of goods are pretty good my only criticism is that both items I ordered weren't really a UK size Medium like the charts say.

A little lengthy shipping but overall good experience.

The pajamas look nice and the material is soft, but the sizes run small and they All fit a little too tight

Easy expedience pre sale hoping for excellent post service as need to return two items.

The photo is very misleading it looks like it is going to have a diamanté emblem on the front but in fact is it just a very plain plastic transfer - it only appears to sparkle in photos but not in real life! - would never have paid this price for what I got - very disappointed.

I wish to return one item but there is no apparently easy way to do this?

Bought and paid for before Christmas, afterwards the same dress being advertised at half the price. Cheers.
