Poor all around. I never received confirmation that my order was made. Only that money was taken from my account. Had no way to track my order because I didn't receive an order number. Now the return procedure is going to be a hassle. Not a company I would do business with again.

Honestly I wish I could of got my outfit in XS but that wasn't an option. Besides that no complaints my daughter fit it perfect

Ordered a handful of products and one item was wearable the another was too small but salvageable. The rest were completely unwearable and I cancelled the final item which hadn't even been processed weeks after ordering it. I would order again if I didn't have to pay the return shipping fee which was £12 on a £30 order so feel like it's not worth taking a risk when the sizing is so wrong and the material was very poor for the price.

I was new to the website and a bit uncertain until my shoes arrived they kept me updated the delivery was quick and the shoes were accurate to the pictures

Shipping is very long, realizing it came from China which I already knew and shipping was expensive making this top over $30

Don't be fooled by the pretty ad. The clothing is very poor quality made in China junk. Their sizing is wrong and they don't exchange merchandise or refund money. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. BEWARE!
Note: Recent research also revealed that most of the positive reviews of this company were fraudulent, posted by the company itself. The same parent company in Shanghai China also owns IV Rose, another online scam clothing company.

Runs super small, ribbon keeps sliding down and took forever to receive

They sent me the wrong item, and never offered to replace it. The want to only refund me 30% when they sent the wrong item.
