Order#: *******0176. I have been trying to get a refund for the fake, not as advertised, poorly clothes made clothes from chic me since January 3rd, 2021. For every email I send they send me a stupid request. They refuse to move forward unless they have a copy of my receipt. Unless the receipt reflects the weight of the package. Unless it shows insurance. I did 2 USPS transactions on 1 receipt so I covered up that tracking, they want me to remove the covering to see that tracking number. I have never seen this in my years of shopping online; a company going through all these extremes not to refund. I recorded pacakging the return and even the USPS transaction because my intuition told me this would have happened. DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY HERE. ITEMS WON'T LOOK, FIT AS ADVERTISED AND THERE'S NO WAY TO GET A REFUND. NOT EVEN THE REVIEWS SHAKE THEM. HEARTLESS. I have submitted receipts, photos of email chat outlining return address by their rep, photos of items; nothing moves them. Clearly they are bent on NOT REFUNDING CUSTOMERS PAYMENTS. THIS IS FRAUD! I NEED MY REFUND IN FULL.
Of what i received 1/2 was a keeper, the other half return. I did not receive alll of my order as it arrived in 20 days.

Shopping was fine, no hiccups. They only problem was the shoes did not come in a box so they were scuffed a little and they are permanently bent and marked.
Never never ever do a mistake of buying from this store, very cheap low quality product with damage, and still the return was at my cost, what you read on their page as a return policy is not real, fake trap to make you feel safe n buy, then after your money is in their pocket... they are the boss n you can do nothing but accepting what they apply to you (new rules at this stage), this is my worst online purchase experience ever. From the beginning it's pretty easy to find nice choices. The prices are reasonable. The shipping was with in 10days. The outfit is the same as the one I ordered. I will be returning.
The delivery time was very good, and I was pleased with the quality of the items.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
