They give you the run around regarding your refund. They don't supply invoice with purchase, the item's are poorly made, the wigs are not lace thier plastic with white plastic scalps. I'm appalled and was defrauded!

I saw a cute outfit on one of their ads and thought why not, let's try it. I had a trip planned so I ordered the outfit a month in advance, thinking it was plenty of time. It took TWO MONTHS TO SHIP! This is ridiculous. When I finally received it, it looked NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS! The clothes are very cheap looking and it was just completely different than on the pictures. The company is located in China and has the worst customer service! The worst part is that when I returned it, not only I had to pay for shipping myself but I also did not get a refund for the shipping fee I paid initially. Total waste of money. Do not trust the pictures they post on their website! It's all fake!
I have had delivery issues with items purchased outside of the USA. I was hesitant to order once I realized where the products were shipping from. ChicMe delivered as promised abs the products quality was better than I imagined. I will order from ChicMe again!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
