I received 2 of 3 orders. I'm currently still waiting on an order to arrive due to the item being out of stock. I wish I had been informed of the item being out of stock before making the purchase.

Easy to order but do not think the size charts were correct on some of the products I ordered

All products when received are very nice and of good quality. Its just take too long for them to come.

The two pairs of undies I ordered did not fit well despite following the size guide. The leggings have yet to be delivered as they are back ordered.

They give you the run around regarding your refund. They don't supply invoice with purchase, the item's are poorly made, the wigs are not lace thier plastic with white plastic scalps. I'm appalled and was defrauded!

Do not buy bathing suits. I have been ordering clothes from this site for years and I have been satisfied but their bathing suits are terrible. Cheaply made.

The picture is different to the product in its actual self I think it's a little overpriced for the product

You sizing is a bit big. I need a bigger top than bottom could you make the offer of selling separate so people like me can get what fits

The shoulders are at the middle of my arms. It doesn't lay correctly.

I saw a cute outfit on one of their ads and thought why not, let's try it. I had a trip planned so I ordered the outfit a month in advance, thinking it was plenty of time. It took TWO MONTHS TO SHIP! This is ridiculous. When I finally received it, it looked NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS! The clothes are very cheap looking and it was just completely different than on the pictures. The company is located in China and has the worst customer service! The worst part is that when I returned it, not only I had to pay for shipping myself but I also did not get a refund for the shipping fee I paid initially. Total waste of money. Do not trust the pictures they post on their website! It's all fake!

I have had delivery issues with items purchased outside of the USA. I was hesitant to order once I realized where the products were shipping from. ChicMe delivered as promised abs the products quality was better than I imagined. I will order from ChicMe again!
