After 2-3 days I realized I haven't received a confirmation about my package I go to my account and see that my order was canceled (not by me) First of all you can't get in contact with a live person but just emails. Their service team are no help they telling me reorder again, to confirm my account on their website, whatever that means because I already have an account is how I placed my order, but not telling me anything about my refund. I will never order from here again first time and has been the worse experience. This is what I get for ordering from a website that I never heard of.
Ordered this sweater as I loved the roomy appearance. It runs much smaller than you would expect. I'm a size 6, ordered a medium and it fits like an extra small.
The sizes seem to go up and down, I bought an XL which was perfect, a little big which I prefer for comfort. Once I knew my size I went on to order another 2 dresses in the XL and they were about 2 sizes to small.
The material for a few things seemed cheap but I was happy with the fit, I am petite and found it was perfect. Very flattering and stretchy.

The pants are cute but the size is much larger than normal. Unfortunately, I have to return them. Order at least one size smaller than your normal size so they are tight, not baggy!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
