Facebook is what really advertises your products to me, and the models look amazing. I get pulled in every time, however am sorely disappointed when the products come in. The material is cheap and the size charts are not helpful. The return process is also disappointing in that I have to pay to return them. I can't keep the products because the fit is just that bad.
Not good sizes are all wrong I ordered large and I am a size 12 to 14 and they don't fit. Will never by from you again.

I placed my order on January 23,2021. It shipped in 3 separate packages & took over a month to arrive. I do not like the quality of most of the clothes, this I am only keeping one item. I‘ve tried for 3 days straight to contact a rep to get a return authorization & got disconnected on the live chat. I did receive an email about continuing my chat & responded back with that email yesterday & still not response. It states I have 30 days to return my order from the receive date. I am very concerned that I will not get an authorization in time to get it back to your company if the shipment is going overseas. A support representative needs to respond ASAP!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
