I've gotten three items from Chic great quality never disappoint love everything. Items run a little big which is fine

First time buyer, popped up on my instagram like the clothes and ordered the blazer, took a while to get delivered. All in all it was good

The "dress" looks like a thin nightgown. It looks cheap and nothing like the picture. Very unhappy with this purchase and will look to return.

Item was ordered and not delivered, when contacted chic me tried to blame me, said check with neighbour, then provided a tracking number, when checked it had been returned to sender, I asked for a refund for the whole amount and they refused, wouldn't refund postage and another amount, would only refund for item bought, in the end I agreed to delivery because I was out of options, will never use again

The sweater is not what was described in the picture and is not free flowing as advertised. The neck does not fall off shoulder it is more a fitted v neck style. The sweater is overly thick and bulky. I would not purchase this if given the opportunity again! Plus it took like over 3 weeks to come — a waited disappointment!

The product is true to the picture and size. I love the items I ordered.

Excellent delivery service fast could have been a little quicker but I know it was coming overseas so expected a little delay. Hopefully this time next year delivery will be quicker like SHEIN here within 1 week at my home address. A beautiful coat I cannot wait to wear for my holiday in November and for the winter months. I didn't like the dress that I bought. It was poor quality and I was not able to send it back without paying shipping.

I placed an order back on December 19, never received anything about a back order. Nothing was said until I said something. Will not refund my money!
