Purchased a ring and it was delivered on October 28,2016. On December 6,2016, I noticed that a banquette stone and a small stone were missing from the ring. After emailing the company, I was advised that there is only a 30 day guarantee so guess I just suck it up, throw the ring in the trash and throw my money out the window. I will NEVER order from them again. I knew it was too good to be true.
All 3 pieces of jewelry that I bought from Chickmarket was exceeded my expectations, I could believe the quality at such reduced price (80% less)the sterling silver earrings and the 2 sterling silver bracelets had the quality high quality of 925 silver like the silver in Mexico at a lower cost. On top of everything, the merchandise arrived 3 days after I made the order. I will recommend Chickmarket products to everyone I know, specially 925 sterling silver jewelry. This has been a great buying experience for me.
If you are expecting solid gold jewelry and totally genuine gemstones, this is not the website for you. But if you are looking for fun and inexpensive costume jewelry, this is a great site. Selection is large and prices are low. I have been satisfied with my purchases. I've called customer service for help with returning items that were too large and have always been treated well. My concerns were handled without any issues, This is not Tiffany's or Harry Winston so we need to keep our expectations at the appropriate level. It fun jewelry for fun wearing. It is inexpensive enough that if there is a problem, you can just discard the piece. If you want Harry Winston diamonds, shop at Harry Winston.

Easy to find whatever you are looking for. Description on most item are compete. I bought a hog pogh of items. Fast delivery, I did not need to return anything that was wonderful for me. They seems to have a little of everything at all different prices, that seen reasonable.

I bought a pair of earrings that I have been trying to return. They are beautiful but do not look on my ears. I've been emailing for 2 weeks for a return label but get no satisfaction. I find this lack of concern sad.
The good reviews are fake from employees. The product is pure junk, and the return policy is misleading. They make it difficult if not impossible to return and then don't process refunds, or add fees. The gemstones are not real, the supposedly sterling silver is plate. And the sizes are listed larger than they actually are when they arrive.
Save your money you can buy better jewelry cheaper at WallMart.
I have larger wrists than the bracelets allow in their 7 or 7-1/2 inch length. I usually buy anklets and they work fine. If they are a little too loose, I add a ring hasp to hook into. This provides me with bracelets to fit me. However you have less choices in anklets than in bracelets.

I ordered an amethyst ring from these people for a birthday present of which I paid $60 cdn and it has never been delivered. I have tried to contact these people as I have ordered from them before and like there product. I also paid for this through PayPal and since March have not received a reply or apology or suggestions
I'm from NY and tried calling the number associated with Chic Market's customer service, *******088 so that I could speak to someone live. Unfortunately, the recorded message stated that "the number could not be reached from my calling area".
I have had no luck finding a phone number for their company so that I could rectify a problem I had at check out.
This is a piece of crap. Don't waste your money. It cost $10 and it was more important for Chic to charge me almost $10 to return. Lost a customer!!! Their stuff does look cheap too. Don't waste your $.
My order arrived perfectly packaged, right on time and was exactly as described. I was amazed at the quality I received for the price I paid. Rest assured, I will definitely tell others and will buy again from Chic Market.
