The handbag I ordered arrived with a broken zipper, and was obviously not worth what they listed it as being worth. I looked up the brand on Amazon and found the handbag was not worth more than $40.00, not the close to $200.00. I paid $30.00. The handbags may be "genuine", but their claim as to what each handbag is worth is not accurate. I would advise, buyer beware.
I bought a beautiful handbag and carried it twice over the holidays in 2015. The handle fell apart the second time I carried it. I had only owed it for 45 days. Chic market would not exchange or repair it. They said the return had to occur within 30 days. So definitely read the fine print. I can no longer use it because of the way the purse is made. What a waste of money.

Yes they are the middle man and very poor at it no return phone calls and generic emails response from Jacqueline who seems to be not very good with reviewing orders or customer complaints
