I recently found this web site and was reluctant as the prices were too good to be true. I am so happy I took the plunge. I am over the moon happy with all 5 of my purchases from jewelry to home fashions. Give it a try I know you will be happy also. Oh and the 1.99 shipping on all orders is terrific also!
Ever feel as though some on-line companies are actually a scam? Normally I do a little research before purchasing with just anyone on-line. Unfortunitly, this time I submitted my order and hit the send button. Over a week later my item has still not been shipped, but they quickly processed a payment with my credit card. E-mails directly to the company about the matter are a total waste of time. U just get a computer generated response. My thoughts are, the $9.42 cents you might save with this company is just not worth the aggravation. Please read some other reviews to see their lethargic lead time. If I actually receive my item I'll be astonished.
My experience was great except for sizing. Rings made in China are two sizes too small I'm waiting on size 9. Also would like to have some Moisanite choices and more men's rings. Overall good experience still waiting on ring that was shipped today hope it doesn't take too long.
I have been a loyal customer of Chicmarket.com for 3 years. The jewelry is stunning & noticeable. I almost always receive positive compliments for the necklace/earring sets I have worn. Catchy, universal, & makes me feel like a queen! I've given out this website 100's of times! Although costume jewelry, it is durable and keeps its beauty. Customer service is excellent! I am always a satisfied customer!
I Ordered a lot of stuff the first time that I seen this site. I thought oH! Wow! They have everything that I want and need for a affordable price, I Actually loved everything that I received but, The sizes were to small when it came down to the under garments. The Bras fit perfect! Some stuff was very thin. (Shirt) Over all I would Continue to shop here, Only for Certain Stuff.

Jacquelynn did respond to emails with a generic reply. Obviously she did not review my order. She explained how to track and order. Order hasn't even been shipped. I ordered from several companies this being the worst.My experience ChicMarket is incompetent, lazy, and not reading order inquiry before responding shows you just don't care.
I ordeted an item back in late November 2016, it is January 2017, I have not received my purchase, money has been collected. They did not send me a tracking email or notification regarding my purchase. I dont recommend any purchases done through this site.
Very good quality earrings and they were exactly and honestly just how they described them on the web-site. This is so important to me because I just recently had an AWEFUL experience with Amazon.com. They described some diamond stud earrings that cost $100 as being genuine. 33 diamonds set in sterling silver. When I got them they were only. 25 in size and the supposed sterling silver setting is already tarnishing. Needless to say I will never shop there again and am so thankful to have now found an honest company "chicmarket.com" with reasonable prices and choices. Thank you again.
This is a terrible company to order from. I have asked for an RMA 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive. I purchased merchandise and found that the recipients had a similar product. Called, no answer. Emailed 3 times no response and finally emailed customer service. Received a response and was told my return was classified as a "Buyers Remorse". I don't know who these individuals are but I agree perhaps they are actually a scam. Do not purchase and expect any type of help with a return.
Customer service number hard to find on website. Order placed on January 28th and just today only one item from my order was shipped today.
You should notify customers during their ordering process if item selected may be delayed.
The rings ran large, but instead of returning such a great bargain, I re-ordered a size 6 instead of 7. I particularly love this ring because it is almost identical to my original engagement ring that is 57 years old, and now owned by my daughter. Lovely rings and great shipping price.
Great lil' case and fits my daughter's IPad mini2 very snug. Arrived quickly and as it appears online. Hopefully, it will last for years to come, but we've only had it a couple days... so we will see!
Whoever invented these scissors would get a big hug from me if I could meet him/her. I just wish I had a pair on the many occasions of preparing dishes that call for chopped celery, scallions and lettuce and the like. The little device to remove the product from between the blades is also a plus. Now, I wish I had purchased more than one pair as this would make an unusual and much-needed gift for anyone who cooks.
ChicMarket is a new site for me. I wasn't expecting ti find anything that I really wanted (or could afford) but have been looking for a new pair of gold studs for everyday wear. They just arrived yesterday and I am excited to see how well they feel comfortably.
I ordered my items, mind you 20 items on December 15,2015. My items are trickling in, one by one and tomorrow is Christmas Eve. I'm upset that Chicmarket didn't ship all my items in one box instead they're being delivered in individual shipping packages. Now I'm anxious and now I have to go out and purchase more items to give to my guest. What an inconvenience. And this is becoming pricey. I'm so disappointed.
I purchased a really nice ring from Chic Market. Loved it after receiving it, but it turned out to be a little large looking on my finger. The return policy is exceptional and fair. The customer support person was extremely helpful, explained how to go about return and made the overall procedure really easy! I wouldn't hesitate to shop here anytime..
It looked amazing but the Lord's prayer was not inside, chain tarnished after a couple wears. Maybe I got what I paid for but I was expecting better. If there was reviews prior to I wouldn't have purchase abd waste my money. I dont recommend that this item is sold. That was my first time ordering from Chicmarket and don't think i will be ordering in the future.

I purchased a handbag from Chic Markets in October 2015. I was really happy with the quality of the merchandise (I thought). I went on vacation over the Christmas holidays and carried the handbag with me. To my surprise, a screw that held one of the handles together fell out and the handle broke. When I returned home on January 4,2016, I contacted the company to ask what I could do to get the handle replaced or exchange the merchandise. Their response was that I was SOL because they have a 30 Day Return Policy. This is ridiculous because the product was defective. I don't know about anyone else, but I don't carry the same purse everyday, so I can't understand the return policy. I will never purchase another item from this company, and I will not be referring them to anyone else.
Like Chicmarket -the price and quality. But I gave them a 4 because sometime you get the items really fast and then it takes for every for the item to come. Do not understand since you pay for shipping.
