Chicboho

This would have to be the worst business' I have ever had to deal with. After not receiving a delivery which cost over $80, they have refused to refund, make a claim to the post office, call me directly or offer even half back. They are unprofessional, offer no help or information and refuse to assist in a matter which is clearly their fault. Do not buy from them. If you were to put the cash directly in the trash, you would get the same result.

Nothing new, should have read the reviews before ordering. Took two months, then received absolute garbage clothing. So short in the bodice it is laughable. The scarves and one sweater were able to be worn, otherwise the bulk of my order was not even good enough to give to charity. They did however teach me to do some research before I buy online, so they gave me something... skepticism! Better buy in person or from a well known company that will back their product.

I ordered size 2XL because of the measurements they provided on the site 42 inch breast. When the piece came, it didn't fit
I measured the dress it was 34 inch and fabric was awful and not the material it says it is. The stitching starts out white and goes yellow on one sleeve. Poor poor poor quality! Don't order from here! SCAM. I ordered as a Halloween costume but not even good enough for that. Pure Trash!

I ordered $160 worth of clothing & it was fraudulently recieved by someone while I was traveling for work. It's been over 3 months and I get the same scripted reply from "if you want the products, send us the money again". The rudeness & lack of interest infuriated me! I filed a claim with DHL, to no avail. Don't have the cc I used at the time so I'm screwed. I'm filing a small claims suit. I'm THAT MAD.

Placed and order. Have not receiving the package as yet.
How can companies like this still keep running.
Can't something be done about FRAUD and SCAMS

Horrible quality and fit - returning is NOT really an option because they want you to return to China - which means you may or may not get your money back at all. I was offered $20.00 to keep my $250.00 order and sell it on my own. When I refused they offered me $80.00 to do the same. Finally they gave me the return address to China. Ridiculous and unfair business practices and customer service options. Not to mention it took a week just to communicate all of the above with them.

I bought 2 hooded lace up back dresses, one in red and the other in brown. I received 2 brown. Obviously knockoffs and nothing like photo. Customer service is a joke. Seller asked for clearer pictures of colour, I'm sure he/she is colour blind. Finally accepted my pictures and offered me $4 I spent £43.98 on the 2 dresses. 'What do you think of that' they said, how generous lol. I asked if they were serious? Still waiting for a reply

I've place an order March, 2020 and I still haven't received it. I can't seems to find a website for Thai company. Are they out of business? I want my money back!

I ordered many times from this website. I am truly fans of this store. Every time I ordered from them, my package was shipped out within 2 days and they offer me free express shipping, I received them in about 5 days. Very good quality. I have recommended it to my friends. They tried and surprised as well!. Please try! You would love it.

I truly have to say thank you. As all things go in life you are always skeptical of products you purchase online. But Chicboho is excellent. Not only their products but their customer service. This counts a lot and I will continue to purchase from them with confidence. I purchase a silk scarf. Straw bag and both were of excellent quality and already have my wish list for more scarves and other items. Thank you... it was a pleasure! And I highly recommend them.

Worst possible customer service including terrible fitting clothes. So slow and sloppy in terms of responses. The sender has to pay to ship items back to China for which the postage is expensive and customer service never responds.
Total waste of money and time shopping here and working with a poor service overall. Stay away from websites like this. Scam!

I love Chicboho's styles. And the prices and the quality. But more than this - it is my style - my kind of clothes and I absolutely am delighted that someone has created so many for me to choose from. Other new companies have come along and tried to create the same lines and shapes - but they just miss. I have looked at all of them and for the style, the price and the perfect shipping fee - This is my choice. I suggest you take a look. Something there has your name on it!

Do not use Chicboho! Nothing looks like it does in the picture and description. Sizes are totally off from the chart they give. Very Costume like. VERY cheap quality! Horrible customer service. The dresses I ordered took almost 3 months to arrive and when asking customer service where the Items I paid for are they did not help at all and just asked personal questions. Weird. STAY AWAY!

Chicboho is the best you tend to get nice modern world type of clothing very nice trusted an reliable and efficient enough. This I wonderful I give you five stars

I am very pleased with my order and the shipping. I was worried about the shipping, but actually, it did arrive in 10 days, that's not too bad. They were packaged neatly, folded nicely and smelled fresh. I was nervous when I opened the package, but I tried them on and they were very pretty. The material is nice, especially with no need to iron. Honestly, I will order again soon. I suggest you give them a chance. The customer service replied promptly with my questions. I am very relieved!

I purchased 2 kimono style garments, took 3 weeks. Unfortunately, I stayed reading the reviews or I would never have ordered one single thing from this company. Received and they are not American sizing and looked nothing like the pictures. Bought through advertising on Pinterest. They advertise there. Don't bother...

Goods came from China. Did not look anything like what I ordered. Upon contacting the webshop they claimed that it was. When I insisted on returning the goods they gave me a fake address and after 2 months of waiting the goods are being sent back to me. Now I get no reply of them.Don't believe the positive reviews they are fake.

What they show on their website is aged sexy leather and styling. What you will get in the mail is a completely different product, cheap chinese plastic-y item that you wouldn't even look twice at the store. Refuse to provide a refund when complaints with comparison photos are sent to them. Stay well away.

The quality is terrible. Colors don't even look close to what is on their website. This company ruins online shopping.

Awful quality of clothing. Sizes were way off. Colours not as advertised. And it took 3 months to be delivered. While I'm glad I eventually did get my order, the quality of the material for all articles was so bad I won't wear them. DO NOT BUY FROM CHICBOHO.

Love the boho styles and Chicboho is definitely one of the many sites to go for. I ordered two wonderful dresses and shoes and must state that I am beyond satisfied and will be ordering more. The prices are comparable and the quality was great. Compliments?... Keep them coming!

Have you seen that meme where they joke about the beautiful dress you order from my photo and then it comes and looks completely awful? That was my experience With what I ordered from chicboho.

What was supposed to be a beautiful white dress is an awkward misshapen piece of woven together plastic fabrics with no give, horrible quality and an overall unfitting outfit.

I've had 5 friends with similar but different body shapes try it on and it's awkard on every one. The top part of sleeves are really tight but then the cut is so off it falls off the shoulders. The little tiny in the front stretch is the fabric and makes it look like it's going to rip apart before it actually ties the front shut. Save yourself the money and don't buy anything from this company Their return policy is horrible and they will try to talk you into changing your decision and tell you cannot fit in their policy anymore
