So my review will probably get removed just like all other negative comments about this company. I ordered a pair of boots when I saw them on line. After ordering them I read the review that were still up before this company deleted them. What I read shocked me. This company is located in China and is pretty much a scam. I did receive my boots, but they look nothing like the picture. They are very poor, and when i say poor I mean TERRIBLE quality. I have had one other experience of being scammed by an online company. I now know to do my research before ever ordering anything online! Buyer beware!

I bought 2 hooded lace up back dresses, one in red and the other in brown. I received 2 brown. Obviously knockoffs and nothing like photo. Customer service is a joke. Seller asked for clearer pictures of colour, I'm sure he/she is colour blind. Finally accepted my pictures and offered me $4 I spent £43.98 on the 2 dresses. 'What do you think of that' they said, how generous lol. I asked if they were serious? Still waiting for a reply

I stupidly fell for the advertising on Facebook. I purchased 2 pairs of boots, a t-shirt dress and some jewelry. The photos look good right? I think the products are cheap knock offs. I bought the bandage boots thinking they looked cool. Now that they've arrived they look like cheap and tacky Halloween costume boots. They've come from China, it's going to cost me more to return them and, judging by the amount of unhappy reviews here, i doubt I'd get a refund. Disgusting! The other boots are very cheap looking as well. They are ankle boots. I've cut the 'leather' straps off which has improved the look of them immensely. The t-shirt dress is very poor quality, you can see through both sides when you hold it up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! What you are buying is NOT what you see in the photo. IThat part is a scam.

I ordered the cutest boots as you can see from the photo... and the boots that arrived are far from what I ordered! The photo shows a leather stitched boot in olive and brown, but the boots I received are cut felt-like fabric in a bad shade of green, nothing like the photo portrayed!
The low cut boot in the second pair show a distressed leather high ankle flat, but the shoes I received were not high ankle as in the photo and a cheap tan synthetic. I will never order shoes from them again.
I cannot return them because of a very strict return policy, so I would never recommend this company :(: ( :(: (

I placed an $197 order with Chic boho. When the clothes derived it was like they were made out of weird plastic material. One of the sweaters I ordered smelled like petroleum and mildew. When I try to return the entire order through the same carrier which is DHL they told me it would cost $243 to return my order. Chic boho responded to my multiple emails by offering me $20, they kept on upping the amount they would return to me up to $80. They said they recommended me selling my clothes to someone else. And that it would cost too much to return. This is a horrible company do not buy from them.

Just found out about these companies including Chic Boho. There are a ton of them with similar names. They need to be shut down. They are scamming people. FYI buyer beware of these type of companies. They STEAL photos of fashions and deliver pieced together dresses that look nothing like the photo. They are in China. They send the wrong items with a China residential return address then when you finally get a hold of them offer a $25 coupon to keep quiet. You cannot reach them on social media. I'm seeing tons of complaints immediately deleted from their Facebook page. Please share. There are a few of these type companies on Facebook. I bought a pair of sandals and I receive a piece of plastic- nothing like the picture- a big scam. I will never never, never purchase again from this website. The item was an awful render of the image, a piece of rubber with a strong petroleum smell. The design was grotesque, everything was unlike the image. The company did not refund me, they asked me to shipped my item and pay for my own shipping, in order to receive a 25% store credit and not a full refund.

Chic boho is a complete fraud! Most of the positive' reviews on this site, are by the scammers themselves (which means they didn't even tell the truth when it came to the terms of posting their bogus reviews on this site!... just read and be the judge! I had been going back and forth with them, then with PayPal, then my bank finally just reimbursed my money. The sad part is, they are scamming so many out of their money, and operating under MULTIPLE names on FB and Instagram, so it's difficult to catch them. The actual company name (for now) is Infinite International Limited... Chicboho is just one of the many front/cover/dummy names that they use. I have had conversations with many other customers who have also been scammed, they must be stopped somehow!
