I have used similar sites before to look up new tenants and nothing I got was as detailed as the information Check People provides. Very satisfied with this service

Stay away from this useless company that commits fraud with customers. I was not on this for 1 day. Only signed up for $1 which was charged an additional 7 dollars for so called pdf services that I never saw either. Their customer service which i called 2xs does nothing to stop the fraud of unauthorized costs.

Signed up for trial for $1 and was immediately charged $29 with no warning or indication that this was a auto renewal monthly charge. Had to call and cancel and while talking to them another $2.33 hit my credit card. Supposedly for A PDF download that I never got. Stay away.
