Can someone please tell me if they ever received their money back?!?!

Answer:

I had to cancel my card with my bank and file 3 claims before I got $4.33 back. But, Check people will say they didn't take it and say that you have to do a 3 way call for them to verify. I don't know about you, but I'm a complete idiot when it comes to technology.

Report them to the FCC. I did. They say they'll charge you one amount, then go nuts on your card.
