They charged my card 5 times in 3 days for services I didn't ask for or want! $29.16, $8.99, $6.99 $1 and another $29.16! I didnt want authorize or ask for any of their services and they refuse to refund my money! Horrible customer service. My guess is that they are used to people being busy and they obviously charge additional unwanted and unauthorized charges and are very used to hearing the same phone calls from ppl they have stolen from and have been coached well on how to refuse to make anything right. Very nasty negative customer "service" representatives. Spoke to 3 different customer service reps and all I have to say is WOW! Didnt realize there were "businesses" like that in this day and age when every dollar counts so much. Just awful. They didn't deserve the one star.

They do not present the charge clearly at all. It is hidden in the small text towards the bottom as part of a large amount of text with a gold block. I don't recall ever associating the color gold with "warning" or "alarm". I perceive the color gold as beneficial or more wealth. In that sense, the exclamation mark still makes sense.
The clickable link that charged me was a large, green button that does not mention clicking it will cause a charge. Nor did clicking it give me the option to allow my card to be charged.
The very simple request for a refund was difficult to do and exposed some very concerning matters about your charging process. They claim I had to either accept the $6.99 charge, but the button reads in large, very readable letters, "CONTINUE… YES, I WANT PDF REPORT ACCESS!". It does NOT say, "I AGREE TO PAY $6.99 FOR PDF REPORT ACCESS!", and that is what the button assumes I am doing.
Multiple calls, no refund. Don't go there.

They promise in 10 minutes if u sign up it will give u 3 day access to any search. After that if you do not cancel it will cost $29.16 /month. However then you agree and press submit and they do not take $1 from your account they take $29.16. They say that only $1 will be deducted and it states this line in about 10 different places including their billing terms. They are obviously lying. I get paid later today but had $5 on my card so I thought I would try it. My card kept getting declined so I pulled up my bank info and it told me how they were trying to deduct $29.16. Thankfully it was declined that's such crap. I would not do business with them if I were u. Who knows what else they will lie to u about and charge u with.
***Actually I just read the terms of service which basically say they charge u with more than 1 service fee when u sign up so I guess they do tell u in the fine print. But irregardless they still false advertise where they tell u only $1 will be deducted from your card.

I was told I accepted a charge of 6.99 to download unlimited reports. The only thing is, I read everything. There was no option to accept or decline this feature. I definitely didn't download any or even consider downloading an option. Buyer beware, they will take your money, thievery at its finest. For anyone willing to look, you will find some 5 star reviews are obviously repeated. Different names a few months later, same exact reviews and stories behind the positive remarks.

If you don't want to be tricked into paying for a subscription you never applied for, I'd steer clear of this site. I never signed up for a trial subscription, and yet I saw a monthly charge for it on my bank account. I inform support of this and ask for a refund, and guess what my answer was? They got my payment info because I bought another product off their site for $2.33, and they used my credit card info to bill me for this bs subscription, and then they won't give it back if you call them out on it. It's a website run by thieves.
