I booked 2 tickets to Costa Rica in October departing December 26. When I got to tge airport the agent informed us the the flights were never ticketed and there was nothing they could do. We scrambled and bought tickets at a premium. I have contacted CTD multiple times they say they will resolve but never get back to me. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM SITE!

If I could I would give 0 stars. Cheapticketsdeal is basically pure scam and a the most dishonest company I've dealt with.
They owe me over $2,000 of credit from tickets that got cancelled during Covid and we I have never been able to re-book to new flights (even if the credit is valid until Dec'22) or got a refund. After chasing them via phone and many emails (which 99% of the time got ignored) they replied that we should ask for the money back to their supplier! Even if we have never had any contacts or done any transaction with their supplier! Their Customer Service and Concerns Team have no process and no training at all on how to deal with complains or they are simply told to ignore customer complains. I'm now in the middle of a legal action process with the small claims court in the UK and I will also contact Skyscanner and Kayak to share the legal case, to try to stop this scammers from listing in global travel comparison sites and to prevent other customers from falling into the same trap.

FRAUD ALERT - Avoid these scammers! Their agent added a flight segment to the day of departure and one when we returned. They did this in two different reservations so it wasn't a mistake. They did this to add cost to the ticket. The airline said that had we presented the tickets on the day of departure they would have cancelled the tickets. The airline said the ticket should have been $300 less per ticket. They issued a new receipt for the lower price. When I called and asked Cheap Tickets Deal about this, they said, well everything is fine now, (without any offer to refund the $300 per ticket). I told them that they had made our booking under false pretenses and to just cancel the tickets. They refused. Very argumentative and interrupting 18 times (I counted). My credit card company has voided the transaction based on suspected fraud and is conducting an investigation. I plan to tell this story to anyone who will listen. I've already notified Momondo.

BA cancelled return flight in MArch 2020 and right away I call cheapticketsdeal to process the cancellation. Well for 5 months now nothing happen. Every 2-3 weeks I call they say same thing... they process for refund with BA... if I call BA they say that nothing was filled with them from chepticketsdeal so months are passing and still nothing... I had another 6 cancellations with other airlines and all was processed in 2-3 months except this one so pray guys that you don; t have to deal with a refund with them. Better buy directly from airline cause like this I see no happy ending.

Beware of this company,
Will get you a (hard to believe) deal, then will send an email asking for your credit card information, and "Card Authorization Form" your info and Driver license! All these after the booking is confirmed, and even they will issue confirmation number to you!
And if you don't send these information right away, guess what, no booking, everything is cancelled!
I think this operation is based in a basement in some small building in China

They took credit card
Sent confirm.
Kept saying ticket is coming.
4 days later reneged.

We purchased a ticket for over $1000 2 years ago, paying so that we could change, alter or get a refund if necessary.
We are still awaiting our money/refund 2 years later. But it is not just the money, it's their despicable conduct and complete waste of dozens of hours that they should be ashamed of.
Last March 2020, after numerous calls during which we would be often on and off hold for up to 2 1/2 hours, we were told that we would get the refund within "three weeks". When that didn't happen we called again by mid or late April and were told "it's coming within the next two weeks". This year we have called no less than 25 more times and have been promised call-backs, email responses within 24 hours and more. NOTHING! Lie after lie after lie!
We have been lied to dozens and dozens of times by this dirty company. From their website to their automated call system, all of it is designed to not only not provide customer service, but to actually go to lengths to harm and intentionally waste additional time, rather than ever even beginning to actually attempt to address their customers valid issues.
And again, this is Expedia Group: Exact same websites, same lame call system - AND THE SAME DIRTY, CRIMINAL CONDUCT INVOLVING FRAUD AND BOLD-FACED THIEVERY!
