Great service. They called me back to make sure I got my email with my tickets as I had been concerned. Read the fine print and it's not on them if you expect a refund when you got non-refundable tickets!

They offer low prices and have great customer service on the phone. I received my ticket with Delta 48 hours after reserving it through Cheap Ticket Deals. No problems — the ticket slid right into the Delta app.

I have to travel for a family emergency and I bought a ticket with them, rush time, after that an agent called to confirm the reservation and I realize that I bought wrong dates, I explained to them the Issue and Emily, so professional told me that she is going to help me to move the date.

Not sure how they did it, but not only was my flight MUCH cheaper than anything else I found, but the actual flights were amazing! Awesome times of day and DIRECT, when I was having trouble finding either. Will definitely use again.

SCAM! Twice I booked airfare through them and both times I got emails to call them. I called and was told that the fare I booked had expired and they could give me a more expensive fare, After the 1st time, I watched the site and when it went back to the cheaper fare I confirmed again only to get a call back at 1:30am that the price was no longer valid but they could book it at higher fare. All 3 devices that I was looking at were still offering fares at cheaper price, agent claimed the site had not refreshed yet.

I thought this site might be a scam, but due to the crazy flight prices right now (April 2022), I went ahead and booked my family's flight for June. Meanwhile, I needed to call to ask a few questions, and the customer service representative was absolutely incredible: she answered right away; she knew who I was; she helped me select seats so that my kids could each sit with a parent -- honestly, SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE USUAL RUNAROUND I have gotten from Delta, American, etc... We bought 2 tickets to Cancun Mx for $1,400. Our flight was to leave in April but due to the pandemic, our flight was cancelled. Delta has since refunded Cheapticketsdeal the money. It has been 6 months and they haven't refunded my money. I have called at a least a dozen times and they keep on saying that because of the pandemic they are encountering technical difficulties, that they are working remotely and I will get my refund. My bank got the full refund on November 2. Why did it take so long? I am happy I got my money back and can now move on.

I must admit to being a little skeptical when I started reading negative reviews. But almost all of the negatives involve refund issues during the chaotic days of COVID cancellations, and the Better Business Bureau site shows that complaints they had received were reviewed and case closed.

We got ticket prices roughly half of what the brand-name airline's native site was offering, and it only took about 30 minutes from start to finish. My credit card company asked me to validate the legitimacy of the charge, I said 'yes', and the etickets with a valid Confirmation code (that I validated on the airline's native site) showed up shortly after.

Just read all the comments other people posted here. I fall for it and after experiencing everything that was mentioned here I figured out that I was scammed too. Never, absolutely never go with this company, even if it is listed with Momondo!
