The worst service was provided by them.first they scrued up in lay over in Dubai. Can you imagine 21 hours. Then they charge me $260 to fix this problem. Unfortunately I missed my flight on the starting day. They wanted me to buy the whole ticket again for $3500. I call the air line Air canada and they fixed the problem by charging me the missed flight charges only $597. Then they were not calling the hotel to fix the problem not arriving the day I supposed to be. I told them I had paid in advance for the whole stay. I am not asking any refund. If I did not show up that is my loss not theirs. Finally they called the hotel and informed them that I will arrived by next flight. I will suggest please never buy tickets through them. Instead buy directly from Air line.
I purchased a ticket from CheapTickets and when the airline rescheduled the flight to a date that did not fit my travel plans, CheapTickets refused to provide customer assistance to resolve the matter. I've included an attachment with their response. As consumers we need ro come together to expose fraudulent businesses like CheapTickets. So spread the word and let's put CheapTickets out of business for good!
Went on cheaptickets.com to book a flight from Fort Lauderdale, Florida to San Jose, Costa Rica. Got a price of $331.22, then when I went to pay, it switched to $401.22
I thought it was a mistake at first so 15 minutes later I went and tried it again, and the same exact thing happened. This time I took screenshots and reported their scam to the better business bureau.
Have never had a worse experience with a company and their customer service. Booked a flight that said "no cancellation fee if canceled within 24 hours". I called to cancel 15 hours later, spent 1.5 hours on the phone, just for them to tell me they can't cancel. Will never use this website again. Legit false advertising.
I purchased a ticket from CheapTickets, I purchased seat disabled woman on the first row with Latam airlines also I requested wheel chair assistant none of this request happen.I called customer service and they said that cannot refund so I ended calling Latam directly to purchased a new seat to my mom and also request wheelchair.CheapTickets refused to provide customer assistance to resolve the matters.

Booked a handicap room 6weeks in advance night of checking in desk manager says they only have one handicap room in the hotel and it's booked sorry should have booked with us go somewhere else take it up with the third party you booked with I took the room it was 10:00 at night dangerously helped handicap son in the shower the desk manager could have care less

THIS IS A BAIT AND SWTICH SCAM! Twice now I have booked with Cheaptickets.com and both times it seems that there was a problem with the "first choice" but they could find another solution. This first time it was only for and extra $100. I was late in booking because it was for a funeral and I needed the flight so I sucked it up and paid the extra $100. The second time we booked well in advance by over 2 months. Of course there was a problem with the "first choice" but they could find a solution for only $200 more. Almost double the original price. When they were told to cancel the flight, they then started trying to make us feel guilty. Finally after yelling in the phone to get the representative to shut up, I was able to get the flight cancelled. For a $55 cancelation fee, of course.
I bought insurance for a flight I had to cancel due to illness. I was provided with flight credit and then at the time of booking flights with those credits, nothing worked. The website didn't allow me to book online, when calling the customer service agent she made up some lie about how they needed to book me on the next most expensive fare, and tickets that were supposed to be 300 bucks, were now 900 so I still needed to pay the 300 for the cost of the flight.
Absolute garbage for this website. I used them for many years but will never go back to them again. Beware, don't use them!
Do not use Cheaptickets to book a flight. They don't have up-to-date airline scheduled flights, their site crashed; ultimately days later they reversed the destination of a flight because the original flight departure time and day did not exist. They charged my credit card and refused to refund the price of the erroneously scheduled flight. Go directly through the airline you will be flying on. Customer service is nonexistent!
This is not my first time using this service, but it will be my last. Reserved a car through them over a month ago. Reservations quoted me $696 including taxes and fees. Go to pick up my car and they told me it would be $1300 plus a deposit. They told me I had to take it up with CheapTickets. They would not honor the reservation even though I had printed it up. Now I am on vacation without a car. Have had to cancel plans. What is the point in providing this service if they are going to lie. Don't get me wrong, I hold Hertz responsible as well. NEVER again.
They cancelled my friend's flight without telling him, so he actually showed up at the airport without a ticket! Only use this site if you want to be totally screwed.
Stupid booking fees / at least hire who can understand grade 5 English. Stop stealing money from people. They are talking about quality in their site. I do not think they even know the meaning of Quality and customer Service.
I've been trying to contact someone regarding my ticket by after 24 hours there has been no response. My flight is one Sunday and they are just stressing me out... Just awful service!

I've been booking with cheaptickets for years, traveled lots, to India, the UK, Mexico, Costa rica... and i've never had a single problem. They've been my go to flight finder for well over a decade. The 24 hour cancel that they have (sometimes, all times? I don't recall...) but i've been able to make cancellations 24 hours after making the reservation, and that has saved me a few times now. I'm rather shocked at the low ratings actually. I guess if you have a bad experience you are more likely to leave an angry review... but dude! Anyway... i'm super grateful cheaptickets exists.
I've tried kayak.com, orbitz, priceline, etc. They're all about the same. Cheaptickets just seems to be my go-to. Maybe it's easier to navigate and read, I don't know. I usually buy my flights from here though.
Somehow we were routed to them and thought we were speaking with delta. The agent had an east Indian accent, and his name was Preston. The tickets kept going up in price on the phone by the minute, finally, the charge included a $132 booking fee to compensate for the increase. Total fraudsters beware, book with the airline, and suck up a few extra dollars at the get go. This is the only way you have control over your flight.
Purchased a ticket accidentally, went to return it an hour later, company told my bank they were gonna give me credit,(lied! Did this because I opened a dispute with them!) later when I went to book a Flight with the credit there was no credit! And they denied to work anything out, pretty much stole $670 from my account, theft scam company! Stay away unless you want to be dissatisfied!
Bought tickets, they changed the flights three times, each time saying it was the Airline (United) who made the changes. I've racked up 130,000 miles with United, and never had this problem. When I spoke with United, they said "no, not us, that was cheaptickets." That's just one of the many lies this website told me.
