DO NOT USE! Phenomenally bad...

I cannot believe the lack of basic customer service, and hidden fees I've had with CheapoAir. Through a couple changes in travel changes, due to COVID, I spent hours on hold and only to be treated with rude representatives and very unhelpful information. When I initially booked, I was impressed by the discounted rate, through the booking the fees start to add up, and then when I needed help I was sorry to even try.

If you're looking for a good deal, I suggest you look elsewhere and maybe pay a bit more. I won't be using this company again.

SCAM, SCAM CHEAPOAIR PROMISED TO REFUND ME MY TICKET PRICE FROM LOS ANGELES TO DAVAO PHILIPPINES BECAUSE OF COVID-19. AFTER MANY CALLS AND EMAILS AND AFTER MANY FAILED PROMISES OF CALL BACKS, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. IT HAS BEEN SINCE JULY/ AUGUST 2020. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO JOIN IN ANY LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY

Individual airlines are working as quickly as possible to get through all the refund request, some are not refunding at all due to covid cancellations, but are allowing future credit to be used at a later time, with many extending the credit for several years.

CheapoAir is worst travel booking site. I cancelled my flight almost 8 month back and i still haven't received my money back. They even deducted 50% of my money for the ticket.The support guys wont even pick the call. I would have better booked with the ticket with airline directly. Cheapoair is not trust worthy and their reviews are also fake. Don't waste your money for just a cheap discount.

Travel to Spain from Miami... they changed my flight without farder notice... I just find out from the Air Europe.

Had requested a change from March to Dez due to the Pandemic. I received an email with the date 12/18 # *******(TA37PV). I contacted you to inform that I tested positive for COVID-19 and I cannot travel. After talking to a agent and explain the situation, he asked me to wait, after 45 min waiting for a return the call went down. So I called the Air Europe and to my surprise they informed me that my flight had changed to 12/20. You never informed me. I talked with an airline agent, they sad that they send you an email in October. That I've never been informed. This is a lack of consideration and respect for the costumer, so I demand my refund, or I'll take legal action.

If you want someone from India to have your personal info go for it. Better make sure you book it right. There's no 4 hours or 24 cancelation. The sales reps on the phone that's in India is going to try to collect some kind of money to cancel or rebook the flight. I got charge & 35 per person.

Last summer my flight was cancelled because Newfoundland closed down due to the pandemic therefore I had to cancel my flight. I was charged 75$ per person and was told I would get a credit if I went to Newfoundland on the same airline in 2020. On Saturday Nov28, I called Cheapoair to start the process of rebooking my flight to Newfoundland in August 2021. I was told that the agent would look into it and she would call back in 15 minutes. I am still waiting 3 days later. I recalled them on Sunday, got a different agent. She said she would work on it and call me back by Monday with a solution. So far no call back on Tuesday night. I also asked for a supervisor to call me, still no call. I know times our tough but promises and phone calls are part of good service. I would never use Cheapoair again as I have no confidence in them. Time wasted! Very frustrated, poor service

Give me a solution! HELP!

They are the worst thing in the world! I've been trying to change a ticket for a month due to family issues and they never respond to me, they want to charge me an extra $ 300 for the change, (I paid $ 400 for the ticket) they hang up the phone and they never give me an answer! I want to pay the fine for the change which is $ 100 and they don't want to, give me a solution!

I will never do business with cheapoair again NEVER. January 2020 I booked flights for April 2020 but due to Covid19 it was cancelled. Six months later I tried to get dates for December and they gave me such hard time as if I was begging for a free flight as if they didn't have my money sitting on and after days of calling and calling and being told that they'll call me back which they didn't, I was finally told that I had to pay $225 more to be able to get the dates, which by the way was crazy being that I paid $4168 for my tickets. My new dates were Dec 20,2020 to Dec 27,2020 and after weeks of rebooking today Nov 29,2020 I finally got my new confirmation with wrong date and wrong flight time like are u serious. Then manager gonna tell me that there's no flight for the 20eth wait what. I don't pay for you to give me whatever dates you feel like like wtf I'm mad as hell so at this point I basically don't have a flight bcuz the date they give don't work for me. I'm going to need a full refund so I can go book my flight with a different company. Very poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend to anyone please take y'all money else where this is unacceptable.

Run away... They will simply try their best to complicate your lives. Insurance is practically a fraud, they run away hiding under the concept of "us customers buying tickets from airlines" and so their insurance accounts to zero value. I cannot begin to talk about my disappointment... Fraudulent company, book elsewhere

I purchased tickets for four friends in South Africa through Cheapoair. Never again! They left four of my friends stranded in Johannesburg. To make a long story short. My friends were not able to book on a later flight because while they were at the airport, the airline said the flights were booked through a third party so that is who has to change the tickets. When contacting the "third party", Cheapoair told me that my friends had to change their tickets at the airport with the airline. So guess what? No one would help them especially not Cheapoair and my friends were stranded u til they could get on a ten hour bus trip to get home. Cheapoair did nothing to help my friends! Please do not waste your money.

Markets worry free booking. Immediately after I booked my ticket I received an email from the airline telling me I couldn't take a full sized bag on the plane. CheapO fought me hard on charging me to upgrade my ticket. I feel like I was involved in a fraudulent transaction with this company.

This is a garbage and if you are booking your ticket with cheapoair, your money will gone.
I booked a ticket from cheoapoair but the flight was cancelled due to corona virus, they charged me nearly $800.00. For nothing.
They cancelled my ticket and still I payed nearly $800.00. It's pure robbery. Please don't go with this company.

I booked a round ticket to Amsterdam through Cheapoair.com. My trip was supposed to a at the end of May, 2020. Because of the global Coronavirus pandemic, I cancelled the flight, which the airline eventually cancelled for the very reason. I checked the airline's (Scandinavian Airlines) cancellation policy, and saw that I was eligible for a full refund, so I requested Cheapoair.com for the full refund. After few arguing, they eventually sent me a confirmation email on 7/18/2020, saying "Upon reviewing your reservation I see that one of our supervisors had spoken to the airlines on 05/31/2020 and the airlines confirmed that you qualify for refund of $689.35 and $120 for the baggage which should reflect on your card within 30-60 days once processed." It is 11/20/2020 now and I have yet to receive a penny back from this SCAM company. Instead, they have been calling me once a week and leaving me messages. Sometimes they say it'll take 2 more weeks, and sometimes they say it'll take up to 5 months for the refund to be processed. BUT, TODAY I received a message saying my ticket is cancelation is not related to the Covid situation, and that I will not be getting a refund. They also said something about a change fee of $300 if I want to book a different flight. All along, they had no intention of refunding any money. There are few others who are considering a joined law suits (I saw it on pissedcomsuper.com), so I'm going to look into that and I plan on joining them as there are so many of the same reviews with the same issue with this company. I have all the email and voicemails saved, so I'm ready.

I've been struggling with Cheap O Air travel agency for the past month. I booked a flight from Phoenix AZ, to Baghdad Iraq with Royal Jordanian Airlines through Cheap O Air. They changed the flight date and time multiple times and I had to pay the fees every time.
When my flight got canceled for the second time, I asked for a refund, but all they could offer was a credit with Royal Jordanian Airlines. I used the credit towards another flight with the same route, but it was more expensive and I had to pay the difference. The flight was supposed to be on 11/10/2020, then I called Royal Jordanian Airlines to confirm my flight, they told me that the flight is changed to 11/11/2020, then I was told that the flight is going to Jordan Amman but nobody is allowed to enter Jordan or even stay for a short translit.
I don't understand how is it possible to have available bookings to country that isn't allowing any travelers. Now I'm stuck with Cheap O Air and Royal Jordanian Airlines because they aren't refunding me my money back.
Cheap O Air agency tells me to contact the Royal Jordanian Airlines, and same with Royal Jordanian Airlines they aren't helping and they're asking me to contact Cheap O Air.
I've been in this situation since October. And most importantly, I'm traveling due to an emergency situation. I still haven't received any feedback, and this situation is still not solved.

Horrible.

Unprofessional. The people I talked to could barely speak and understand English. I am waiting on my refund for over five months and they keep lying to me and telling me someone will call (they don't), that I'll get my refund in a certain amount of time that has now passed by months, and have been unprofessional. I am waiting on an almost $3700 refund for airfare because my flight was cancelled by the airline due to COVID. Book elsewhere. Horrible.

I asked to cancel a booking and refund me in full over 9 months ago. The flight was canceled by the airline and the airports are closed in both Sri Lanka and India so I want a cash refund. The first five months, no one at CheapoAir replied. This third-class operator CheapoAir is denying all requests and is acting in a high-handed way. It's not utilizing the stimulus money it got to compensate its passengers. I have sent numerous emails (over 50) and every time I send an email, it gets lost in call-backs. In every call-back, all CheapoAir wants to do, true to its name, is act cheaply and convince me to part with my money for good. I am overseas in Sri Lanka and they call me up at any time of the day and night and disturb my sleep and life, even though I have placed myself on a DO NOT CALL registry between 8 PM and 8 AM Sri Lanka time. They always try to call me on my US number while I have told them numerous times that that number is not working in Sri Lanka and have given them a Sri Lanka number. They call a non-working number to say that they tried to call and resolve the matter but alas, the consumer wasn't available. They wouldn't even officially issue an email stating that "booking #******* is non-refundable and future credit only"! Such is the level of their fraud. The simple facts are these: (1) Airline canceled the flight. (2) Airports in Sri Lanka and India are still closed, over 8 months later, and are not likely to open anytime soon. (3) The credit CheapoAir wants me to take will expire on Dec 31,2020 - less than 2 months away. No flights will go during that time and credit will expire. (4) I am a US citizen. CheapoAir operates in the US. Therefore, this contract is subject to the US and US-DoT jurisdiction. I ask that this travel agency be investigated for (a) fraud, (b) misusing and misappropriating the stimulus money, (c) acting unethically, (d) harming end-consumer interests, and (e) bringing disrepute to the airline and travel industry. I have filed a complaint with US DoT and asked that its license should be suspended pending an investigation. I have filed a complaint with BBB and asked them to delist this company and run it out of business.

Do NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT use this horrible sight. My husband booked with cheapoair back in January for a flight in March of 2020, but He had to cancel due to Covid. They sent us an email informing us to contact them when we were ready to rebook. Well... we tried to rebook and they told us we could not because the voucher had expired after 90 days. What!? We were not informed that we had a deadline to rebook it nor did we receive any information on a deadline. Plus when we checked Cheapoairs flight policy it said that we had till Sept of 2021 to use our voucher. When we called they tried to inform us that we had received an email with the rebooking information. We did our due diligence and double even triple checked our email. However, there was no email. They tried to blame it on the airline that cheapoair booked us with... it is not the airlines fault. It is cheapoairs fault! We trusted them with our flight plans and they proved that they were not trustworthy. DO NOT book with cheapoair! They will just steal from you.

With my job I travel a lot. Last month (Sept/Oct. 2020) I booked two flights with ChipOair. Both times, I had hard time getting a receipt for my expense report. The second time, I spoke to them 3 times and I was told that I will get email with the invoice between 24 and 48 hours. It has been 10 days already and still no receipt. They sent me some, but not for every charge on my company credit card. I am still missing $100 charge on the card with no any receipt for it. Shady company.
