Customer service is extremely lacking. I changed my booking date and included baggage was removed without my verbal authorization. Fixing it is still an ongoing issue. I spoke with 4 different representatives who could not resolve this. I do not understand why this is so difficult to fix.
Cheapoair is a rip off. They charged me $600 more for the same ticket it was available a day after and no adjustment/ refund was given. I wouldn't recommend using this to book your flights.

Cheaponair shows you a price and at the moment to charge you, the page is organiced to change it and make you pay more. The same with included baggages, there were included in the offer, and after you pay the ticket it tells you that those are not included. Cheatting the clients.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
