If I could give them a 0 star would do it I booked a round trip and I needed to change the returned day. I added insurance in case of changes. They were not able to change the day they wanted to charge me $400 plus fees i talked to multiple agents and they all have different prices and nobody had a solution for the problem. At the end insurance doesn't help they wants your money. I ended up booking a new trip so I lost my money on the first one. I will definitely will never use them again in the future.

We couldn't travel to Vietnam because we didn't know we needed to buy a visa! I wish CheapOair had a system to notify travelers if they need a visa, so we could purchase it directly through CheapOair.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!

Thank you for your feedback. Insurance is or medical emergencies, lost bags, delayed flights, death. It is not for a change in plans or cancellation of a non refundable ticket. We do provide you with the entire PDF of the coverage for trip coverage when you added it to the booking. We regret your experience was not satisfactory.
