Cumbersome, too many suggestion for extras, annoying to the extent to get out of the site

It was a very smooth and clear process. No complications at all.

Being patient paid off. I was able to find a reasonable flight for my family of 6.

My elderly parents were traveling outside of the country using CheapOAir. Upon their return, they had to charter a flight to San Pedro Honduras. Upon arriving, they were informed that they had no flight despite having a confirmation. They were forced to go to another airline and pay for another flight to avoid being stranded in a foreign country. Upon their return, we tried calling CheapOAir several times and would be put on hold for several minutes and up to nearly and hour and then be "disconnected". We tried using the Chat service and never received any type of explanation nor refund on the flight. My parents were robbed of hundreds of dollars, stranded in a foreign country, and then offered no explanation upon their return. We will never use this service again. We have tried multiple time to get a refund and to no avail. This service is fraudulent. I would be very cautious of using this website and service.

Booking was easy and quick, but the site would not take the oromo vodes that I had. Iguess they didn't like the discount amount.

Its taken over 24hrs to recieve confirmation on my bookings, also tried paying with paypal only to find there is no way of verifiying this so had to go threw the rigmarole of repaying with creditcard which im now still awaiting confirmation of this booking, i had to ring usa which im picking is or was at my cost the reason we use paypal is to make payments easier this is certainly not the case here on top of that i had trouble understanding the guy on the phone which made for this whole expereince to be frustrating as this flight is very important to me as its my best freinds wedding, i hope in the future other people dont have to endure this and you guys sort out these kinds of hiccups as i understand maybe your new to New Zealand as an airline travel agentcy and make it a lot easier for customers to apply for tickets

I do not like how the total was $126 then as I kept moving forward in the process, you said, "oh the price is now$160 due to daily price changes ". Which I don't believe that it magically went up. You probably say that to every customer because I was already halfway through the process and did not want to start over so I clicked okay.
