You will regret it! Do NOT deal with CheapOair. It will be the WORST business decision you ever make. They are NOT reputable! I tried to change my booking, and despite the agreement of each airline booked on my international itinerary that NO FEE should be charged because the same class ticket was available, CheapOair tried to charge me $US1600. 00.

I had to cancel my flight and they said that you will get a credit within the company.
Next time i wanted to purchase a ticket they said it should be for the same city and that was totally inconvenient for me.
The customer service said okay we can get you an exception by paying an extra 250USD and get your old ticket a refundable option.
I confirmed the payment with them, they took the extra 250 USD on top of the ticket price!
And sent me a refund confirmation that the money will get into my VISA within 30 days and now it is 3 months and they simply stole the money with an extra 250 USD.
My grandfather who is a retired attorney referred my to a friend and i am initiating a complain against this company. If they don't answer it will be a suit of 250,000 USD as a substitute for the money and time the made me loose.
If any one here has the same issue let me know so we can register a multiple complains against them.

Cheapoair refuses to shed any light on my refund. I have waited over 60 days (two business cycles) for my refund. They don't know where my money is. They are unprofessional. I have worked with them. I have given them all of my information (including my bank statements. Yet, they refuse to meet me halfway. This is about *******. In addition, they emailed me at 1 in the morning about a flight change for *******. By the time I could respond, they canceled the flight. Then they told me I have to pay a fine and that I won't be able to get a full refund because of their incompetence. I have lost a lot of money and time because of their poor service.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
