I am finding it difficult to access many details regarding my flights. Also, not Cheepoairs fault, but the airline wants to charge me for everything. I thought when I purchases airline tickets, it included seats, shocked I need to pay to get a seat.

This is a scam company. Beware save your time/money/energy and sanity by NEVER booking with them.
I booked my tickets with them, a week later I call them to find out that my ticket was cancelled and now they can only get me a ticket for 1000$ extra! While trying to figure this out I would call them everyday and they would put me on hold for hours and hours and then hang up, in the end their senior most staff told me that I should book my ticket myself because the cheapest ticket he can find is for 5000$ while on Google the tickets were for 1500.
I had difficulty to connect with chat and solve my problem. Went with to many disconnection and to start again and again the issue is totally annoying. Request travel agent to contact me on phone line is also not possible. Very Poor management causing costumer in difficult and stress situation.

They did a very poor job on fixing flight ticket issues. I tried to contact them by phone and website portal but they all ended up hanging for nearly half an hour without any response. Once they picked up yet immediately hung up the phone. This is the lousy experience with them.
I had to call three times to get my needs met. It took an inordinate amount of waiting time before I even could speak to someone. Once I did, I was put on hold for so long that the call went straight to the customer survey before I was done with the transaction. I started before 9:00 am and I didn't get everything done until past 1:00 pm. That's insane.

CheapOair is by far the worst travel agency. I was charged $66 dollars to change my tickets. When I received the changed itinerary I called them back to ensure no passports were needed and they confirmed no passport was needed. When my family arrived at the airport they were denied boarding due to not having a passport. I called CheapOair they called United, United canceled their tickets and after hours of being stuck in the airport United fixed their tickets they were able to leave. However, CheapOair did not fix the return flight and once again they were not able to leave. They were rebooked for the next day. On the second attempt they were able to get on the flight but United oversold the flight and they were asked to stay another day which they refused. I called CheapOair and they only wanted to refund me $66 after I had purchased $4500 tickets. MILITARY PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM CHEAPOAIR

Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
