Been using you for years and I am completely satisfied with your level of service and fares.
Too many offers pop-ups. It gets confusing to know what it is you are looking for. It can be easily missed or mistakenly sign up for something you didn't mean to.
The service was good though there is a bit of travel experts being overwhelmed by customers and taking long to attend to calls. It becomes expensive for international callers. However I would like to appreciate their courtesy and empathy in the discharge of the service
No access to reward points, your website doesn't explain the process to claim the reward points.
Prices change before I paid. Not happy. Spoke with an agent and he could not help with my booking. Its a scam.
I got a call from one of your advisors after booking was confirmed. He tried to convince me to buy additional features (services) which I declined previoysly when I booked my flight. It is called Supreme Package. Not really appreciative when you get such calls 10 min after confirmation is received. The call came in Viber from a number you may questionned.

I love how quick I can purchase tickets on CheapOair. Ticket prices are fair or reasonable. The website is easy to use and very efficient and no waste of time. I've been using CheapOair for a few years and never had a problem. Also, there is the option of making payments over a 3 or 6 months with Affirm and approval is immediate.
They charged me more than agreed.
Receipt says the amount to be charged is 360.39 USD while I have been charged twice, once with an amount of 357.39 and one with an amount of 62.39 USD
