Flight is been cancelled by airlines from New York to NC and now airlines are not willing to refund money for the flight which is been cancelled. This is how u guys make money, give people trouble and don't take any responsibility. You guys have to go long way, good luck. We have seen many dictator in history and their disappearance now start ur count down. No more Quatar and American line. They are completely scam and irresponsible.

Beware,, Cheapoair is a total rip off and their name says it all. I purchased flight insurance thru them and their policy clearly says they cover cancelled flights in the event of quarantine. My state's Govenor issued a stay at home order at the start of the pandemic, which was one week prior to me cancelling my flight. I have spent countless hours fighting Cheapoair to cover my airfare but they refuse with no good reason. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED!

Although I paid for the travel and contacted with the customer service on phone twice, I am still trying to confirm whether my seats are confirmed or not. In your web-site it looks like they are still pending, however when I talk to customer service they tell me that they are confirmed. I want a clear answer that whether my seats are confirmed or not? Besides whenever I contact to customer service they are trying to sell me new kind of insurance which is quite bothering.

I was upset about it because there was nothing stating that I couldn't book those seats. The representative acknowledged my frustration, but explained that I couldn't select emergency exit seats when traveling with children or elderly passengers. I didn't know this, but now I know! She selected new seats for us, refunded us a small fee, and confirmed my reservation.Thank you to the representative. I appreciate you! However, my ongoing issue with this company is whenever I book with them, someone always calls multiple times to coax me into upgrading my reservation. I would prefer not be called unless there is a problem with my existing reservation.

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
