I have two names that I used one of them for flight reservation, when I figure out that I had to used the other name they refused to replace the other name and I canceled and rebook the flight costing me extra $500.
While their agent could made a call to main Carrier who allows him to make that change.

If it is not trying to sell something, it will be better. I don't mind to pay more to reserve a seat during booking ticket. Your company is trying to sell other stuff to block customer to getting seat. This is not the way to do business.

I got at text alert showing you debit my card two times in which I new because it says it could be a few different debits but I never got any more so I called cheapO air and he said they debit my account three times total of $161.94 which was the cost of my flight but the customer service person I talked with was very helpful and nice

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
