My husband and I booked a flight for Italy with Neos airlines through Cheapoair. We were completely unaware that our checked luggage was not included. We were charged another $80 each way per luggage at the airport. We called them and got rude customer service support who left several emails while we away and couldn't answer till we arrived home. It would have been much easier and cheaper had we gone directly to the air carriers instead. Never will we ever use this site!

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
