Our card was blocked/declined for unusual activity, An hour later when we finally found out card was still was blocked, Then the booking company, well they uped the price by 120 dollars to keep the booking current. From 10pm to 530 am waiting like a dummy between cheapoair and credit card to notify me to use another form of payment and to see if indeed the payment went thru and I have tickets for travel

She has been gone for over a year… her grandfather is dying of brain cancer in Billings, Mt so she is stopping in MT to say goodbye to him & heading to Louisiana to see her children… before she goes back to Korea for another year… you made booking very easy..

I was just charged 100 for having to correct my return date, I called before 24hours passed and some guy speaking some foretign language was talking to someone else in the background. By the time I spoke to someone I was told I have to pay thousands more to change date or pay the cancellation fee or be stuck with the wrong dates. I just booked a new reservation and again was not able to redeem my rewards buy yet both times i have been called to sell me seats. Come on have some compassion

I bought tickets from Santiago de Chile to Easter Islands in May.Flight was supposed to be on 10.-13.1.2024.In June flight on 13.1.was cancelled and I was directed to customer support department.All the others from my group received alternate flight option on 14.1.,except me.Customer service confirmed I can get the same alternate option,I just have to wait until airline LATAM confirms.It has been 4 months now,and they still haven't resolved it.Lately,there are no more free seats on flight 14.1.anymore.There is one flight remaining on 12.1.which doesn't suit me,but better than nothing as I have to go back somehow,even without the rest of the group,but I don't know what to do because I can't even cancel my ticket(and buy a new one of course not from Cheapoair but directly from airline,which is now,of course,way more expensive) because customer support doesn't do anything!I spent I don't know how many hours on a chat with them,waiting in a line and every time they promised to solve the issue,that I will get alternate option for flight in 24-48 h on my e -mail,that they will call me but they never called,they just send e-mails that they called and couldn't reach me but it's a lie because I never had a missed call from them.Terrible!I don't know what's going to be with my trip,I'll have to stay in Santiago alone while my friends go to Easter Islands?!?!?!?

Hi, I like Cheapoair, I recommend purchasing tickets from it for more than 10 years, but this ticket I face many difficulties, we had war in Jerusalem where I stayed when i left US, i described to your agent that me and my handicapped spn missed the flight, young men attached the police office and killed 2 of them. The army blocked the area that day and did not allow us to leave to Amman. I ended up purchasing to tickets and paid 1260 $, I kindly hope to recieve some refund from you. Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
