It's my first time to book. Everything is fine except I didn't foresee the agency fee of $20 and it's in US dollar.
It's hard to get information on my allowed bagage
Poo customer service. Agency not able to help and attend quickly with rebooking and/or cancelled flights. They keep on saying don't worry we will do it, we are still waiting from the airlines, etc etc.
Nice application easy to use. You can select and change information as you go with ease.

Great service all around. I needed to check in with the airlines was the Southwest and there was no Southwest airlines mention in the mist to be chosen from. I was directed to the Southwest website where that you care of my knees.
