So far so good. This is the first time I have used the CheapOair services to make reservations. I have received the flight details but not yet received confirmation/payment receipt, which I made using my Credit card. I assume it will come in dur course.

I have been using CheapOair for more than 17 years. This is the second time there were conflicting booking confirmations and declined notifications without proper guidance.
I always booked my flight to CheapOair! Very convenient, good in customer service and very excellent in communicating their client through Emails!
UNFORTUNATLY, YOU'VE LOST TWO REPEAT CUSTOMERS. We travel internationally frequently, and we won't be using Cheap-o-air again. 1. The first man we spoke with said, "You can't reschedule your flight." 2. The second man I spoke to said, "I can reschedule you right now for about $400.00, total." I asked him to document what we had discussed. He said, "I did, and it will be CRYSTAL CLEAR when you call us back with your dates." 3. The last time I called the lady she said it would cost us around $1900.00 total. I explained my previous call and she said, "Let me talk to my manager." When she came back to the phone she said, "I can change the dates for $1,598.90." After some discussion we, regrettably, paid for the changes. Three different Cheap-o-air employees', with three vastly different answers. The only power we have is to NEVER use the company again, and make sure our family and friends don't either.
Thank you for your feedback. As an agency we must abide by the rules set by the airline. Most airlines charge a fee, $150-$350 per ticket, plus any difference in the fare when they allow changes to be made.
We have no authority to waive or ignore their rules based on availabiity on the day the changes were requested. We regret that you did not have a satisfactory experience

My cardis charged 2 different amount, $326.79 (AIRCANADA VI US TRVL WEB) and $38.99 (COA CHEAPOAIR.COM AIR). It looks like $38.99 is additional fee I have to pay to Cheapoair service, this is on top of the air tickets. It is better if I know it in advanced and I need invoice to claim to my Company.

The experience was great until I got mixed up and didn't schedule check baggage on return flight. Two days later an CheapOair agent call to see if I wanted to add the return check baggage and I said yes.she then asked for my Debit Card information, I was thinking and gave it to her.two days later someone in Flordia used my card information and purchased $ 125 worth of food a Ale restaurant..

Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
