I bought plane tickets on the site and they took the money out of our bank account and then canceled the purchase! We spent 5 hours on the phone and chat with their representatives and just kept getting transferred or disconnected. We DID get our money back the next day, but only after being told 7-14 days, then 3-5 days, and then threatening to sue then and finally got the money back within 24 hours. This was an urgent flight because my stepdad is extremely ill, but they couldn't have cared less! We will never use them again and I will tell everyone how awful our experience was! I have NEVER had so much trouble just buying plane tickets!

The booking was cancelled due to it being tagged as a fraudulent booking, we tried calling you multiples times but the phone # you gave when you booked was invalid. Refunds can take upto 14 days that is why we mention that as all banks are different.
