I have received my travel itinerary however not my tickets. Also there have been mutiple attemtps to charge my credit card repeatedly until and including yesterday even though I had told the agent who called me not to charge anything more to my card. So I am not completely happy about my exerience.

Too early to answer that obviously! Should be ok. Don't like the numerous emails that ask me to change or val my flight when I don't need anything. And the fact that I have to share my experience with the faceboks etc can be only beneficial to me in answering AFTER i have HAD an experience of THEIR SERVICE

I am not happy. My connecting flight was changed without my consent. I did not click on the accept change / alternative overnight stay in Addis on 30th May. I should be in Kigali in the morning of the 31st and with that change made by you, I cannot. Tried calling three time so someone can help and each time a programmed machine is picking up that i cannot interface with. I need to talk to a person, not a machine that can only say what it is programmed to say. This is my first time choosing CheapOair and I'm disappointed already.
