I bought 2 tickets I didn't get the seniors discount And I had a coupons I wasn't allowed to use it either I was over charged for the two tickets plus we had to pay lots of money for our bags and wasn't advised otherwise! I have been trying to get this flight all day all this morning. I have a military function tomorrow morning and the first person that I talk to. He wasn't very helpful. He told me I could not get a seat and they were all taken.Mrs. Zellien Was extremely helpful perfect sales representative. I have my flights. Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!

You did book this as a senior ticket, however Flair airlines does not have a discount for seniors, also the coupon that we offer does not work for Canada travel, it is for domestic travel within the USA. Bag fees are mandated by the airline and during the booking process we do display there is a fee for it, when you chose the flight and saw there was a charge you could have cancelled the flight at that time for a refund. After 24 hours the ticket is non refundable. As a goodwill gesture we did refund $12.00
