First experience but a positive one.
Even if I my plans changed and I had to cancel my flights, my experience with CheapOair was a good one. Staff I contacted to cancel my flights were very professional and helpful, pointing me to where and whom I should contact to cancel my flights.
We booked a flight from London to Canada for our daughter so she could come home for a visit. She had a trouble free exsperience from the time of booking which was fast and easy until she arrived at our door step. We chose Air Canada and her exsperience with the flight crews on all flights was very pleasant. Will use cheapoair again, we have already booked our flights with them to visit London in the new year.
I booked flight and hotel to Europe for my husband and I Later I read the review on the hotel and as they were not to my satisfaction, I called to cancel the hotel.
Some time later I went to print out the confirmation for our flight and it came up "cancelled".
I immediately re-booked it as we were getting close to our departure.
The day before our flight, we found out that we had TWO bookings, both for the same time. I called CheapOAir to cancel one of the bookings.
Please NOTE: I have bought and paid for Cancellation Insurance for BOTH bookings.
CheapOAir was not very co-operative and I asked to speak to a supervisor. The agent came back and said not to worry, everything will be taken care of and I will receive my refund in full.
We went to Europe and when we returned, there was a credit for $2.95 to our account. I kept calling. No answer, put on hold only to be disconnected, agents unco-operative or making empty promises. Finally I had enough as three months have gone by and filed for a reversal with my credit card company.
Two and half months later CheapOAir called me. Their attitude has not changed, they are still ignoring the fact that I had Cancellation Insurance (not to mention that their system showed my first flight was cancelled).
I got no answer as to what the so called "cancellation insurance" covered. (was several hundreds of dollars).
I will NEVER deal with these people again.
I have used Cheapoair to book my last 2 european vacations with no issues whatsoever. The flights were great and the price was cheaper then if I went to the actual airline site! Highly recommend!
I have used Cheapoair more them 5 times this year for local and inter nation flights and always find good prices compare to others and one thing i like the most is you pay in Canadian dollars at the time of purchasing the ticket, not like many where they show Canadian but charge in US. Thanks

I bought the ticket from cheapoair.com, the price is pretty competitive and it will send notice email one day before departure. Very nice
Advertise a good price on their website, so i booked. The next day we got an email saying the price had gone up by $500 CAD. I thought hmm that is strange. So i go to their website and search for flights again. Guess what the exact same flights (same flight numbers and everything) where on their website for the lower price i originally booked for. This is called Bait advertising. It is illegal and it is when a company gives you a price to get you in the door then bumps it up basically scamming you.
I have now had to cancel my credit card and be issued a new one so that they cannot charge it.
Stay well away and please please please do some googling on this site first! I didnt untill after i booked and there is so many problems with overcharging and moving there flights etc.
My Advise STAY WELL AWAY.
I screen shotted the entire process and have contacted a few media outlets and they would like to run a story on this letting potential customers to stay away.
I have used CheapOair to book flights to Perth Australia and find the web sight easy to use and staff are always available to answer my questions. I am given a good selection of flights, prices and options of travel which I appreciate as travel to Perth can be onerous. I enjoy having the option of different flight paths in case I wish to stop over in different countries. I also found the insurance company would sell me cancellation coverage that covered my blind husband if I got ill. That is a very big bonus that paid off the last time we travelled. The insurance company was fantastic to deal with. We are very happy with CheapOair.

I got awesome services and customer dealing is very epic. I got coupons and incentives from the company and all the time i got very cheap air fare from cheapoair. I love to book my tickets from cheapoair.
I would recommend CheapOair for travelers in North America due to their great and awesome service. Also I would implore CheapOair to extend their services to Africa, most especially West Africa for those who are living in North America but have people in Africa that they might want to be resposible for their flight to North America or the Europe. Good job overall!

I have used cheapoair for about 4-5 years (including to Thailand, Hong Kong, Florida, California, London, Paris, Barcelona...) now for all my airline purchases. Whenever I compare cheapoair prices to other major sites as well as airline sites cheapoair always wins.
Great service. Friendly staff. Cheap flights. Short layovers. Weather forced a landing to another airport, but we quickly got back to our original destination.

Customer booked a reservation online Apr 3 for her vacation, along with flights. April 9, she went online and booked another flight reservation, therefore having two non refundable reservations. She called to cancel one of the bookings demanding a refund, on a non refundable ticket which she was advised is not applicable, and flight cancellation insurance, is trip cancellation, and does not cover errors, dupe bookings, or change of plans. The 2.95 refund was for a product she purchased for flight updates, which we refunded. Customer has since been refunded her money for the second set of airline tickets that she booked in error on Sept 30.
