I booked a flight through CheapFlightsFares at 3 pm and immediately received a text giving me a booking ID and saying the confirmation was sent by email. 3 hours later I received an email saying they had tried to contact me (I have no record of any calls) and when I called back, I was told my flight was 'sold out', at which point the agent tried to upsell me on flights that were $300 - $1,100 more expensive. The entire operation felt unprofessional and the bait and switch pricing felt like a scam. Please be very careful with booking through this 'agency'. I've learned my lesson and will avoid them and spread the word.
After I booked a flight with this company they called me back more than 24 hours later to say that the price had increased $1,800. In my opinion this is a way to scam customers. They offered no help whatsoever. Don't waste a second with these clowns
Great follow-up. If you call them, they can help with additional booking/travel details such as seat selection and adding frequent flyer numbers, options that may not be available via initial purchase screens (they control tickets, not the airline, at least in my case).
System kicked me out 3 times and it took forever...
That did happen.
Mason called me to make sure issue was handled and it was so it all ended well. They did follow up with me to make sure I was happy.

The two issues were (1) there was a very long delay in receiving the E-Ticket, (2) there was no information provided as to how to reserve a seat, and going to the airline's website did't work. Both issues were resolved after I contacted CheapFlights. The process was not as straightforward as booking through the airline. On the other hand, the saving was fairly significant.
There was no explanation of some terms and the prices didn't match the choosing of the seats and the auto booking.
I was contacted immediately and everything explained and taken care of...Perfect.

Most unreliable and unprofessional booking site there is. A complete scam. Cancelled my flight ahead of time, it's been a more than month and I still have yet to see my refund. Everytime I call they give me a different excuse and telling me to wait until "next week". It's been 6 weeks. They are inconsistent and even asked me to enter my bank account and routing information into a website for a "wire" to receive my refund. Every time I contacted them, I was given a brand new excuse of why my refund was delayed another week. Book with other sites, the cheap price is not worth the stress of losing money and being lied to by each employee when you're asking for help.

Not easily to navigate through, especially being sure to check and input correct information.
I learned that the online system had unknown sudden glitches that caused computer malfunctions when trying to book your itinerary, which was immediately corrected.
Charges upon order. Contacts later to say the tickets are not available at that price. Will refund in 3 to 4 billing cycles. What?! Don't charge me if you do not have the tickets! So we paid an extra $400 for the same tickets so we would not have two charges on our credit card. Even then they kept asking to change the destination! Offered to give us back their commission and two $50 vouchers. Commission amount dropped during the conversation!
Typical India scam. Make you fear something in order to get you to pay more!
Unfortunately my technical skills are not good and I often have difficulty in navigating through the booking process. It has become clear that the the support team at Cheap Flight Fares was only interested in one thing, resolving my issue and making me a happy customer. They succeeded with high marks! Prices changes drastically after taxes and seat choice and baggage what was 88 a person changed to almost 500 total. That's a lot of hidden fees. I spoke with cheap flights directly and they were able to lower the price back down with deselected seats and removing claimed baggage fees. They do allow a personal bag or backpack that's about the size of a carry-on. So if you're worried about not checking anything for a short trip you have options. Overall the people on the phone were very nice and attentive. I would definitely book again.
Terrible customer service and company policy focused around trying to make money off customers every way possible. They only let you cancel within 24 hours of the booking if you want your money back, otherwise they give credit. This is exactly 24 hours and you have to speak to the person who "booked" your flight. This literally means you have to call their customer service and wait for them to call you back with some other worker in order to make a cancellation, something that should only take seconds. This is just another one of those sites intended to be a parasite on anyone looking to travel at a reasonable price instead of actually providing a service worth paying for. I'd rather walk to my next vacation stop then buy from these insufferable uneducated idiots.

Being a first time user, I needed help in accessing my flight info and making changes. Calling customer service was quick and easy. Surprised at how responsive and attentive they were along with being pleasant and polite.

It took three times putting all my info in before the booking was completed. Nothing changed during the time from the first try to the third, except the price, which went up by a couple of dollars each time.
There is no bereavement discount, which is very sad. I was on hold for 15 minutes while a customer service person found out this information. After this a few calls, customer service was kind enough to reduce my faire, and make the necessary adjustments to my ticket. I appreciated the support.

My flight times were changed by the airline. Ethan Watson contacted me immediately by message and follow up email. When I came home, I answered the email and within 10 minutes he phoned me again. He offered to change my reservation to suit my schedule and having discussed options, we settled on the best itinerary for me. Very good service - Thank you Ethan!
