It's a great product, I just wish that they had standard pricing instead of all these gimmicks that are 20% off for 15% off this one free. I have ordered before and then the next day get a much better email savings which discourages me.
My wife of 40 years came to me with the picture of a Moissanite Debut ring she said I could give her for our anniversary, which was coming up in a few days. They were currently having a Christmas special, so when I ordered it, I got 20% off the price. A couple hours after I ordered it, I found out that I had ordered a half size too small. I called twice and emailed, to try to get the ring size changed, but never received conformation. Since it was a special order, it took almost a month to receive the ring. It was perfectly sized and is very beautiful. She is really pleased, and has received many compliments.
I have purchase six items over the recent years and am extremely satisfies with the qulity of the products, the service and the overall experience.

I have a half a dozen pieces that I wear daily and I needed a couple of stones replaced that had cracked... Ordered them - they were sent quickly and my rings are as good as new!
Our rings were custom ordered and we had to wait but it was well worth it the rings are beautiful and my wife is very happy

My Forever Brilliant floating pendant is lovely, but too much of the time it flops forward so the gem isn't facing out. I don't know what to do about that and now wish I'd gotten a different setting that hangs properly.
The product itself, quite good, the but the service I felt was quite lacking.
Here's why: They made an error, sent us the wrong sized ring. Upon asking for reimbursement of shipping and duties, they opted to only refund me what their shipping cost was, not what I had to pay to send it back. Promptness to respond during crunch time seemed lacking. Accuracy of response also seemed less than ideal.
Purely based upon the product though, very good. The look is good, the quality of the work seems fine, no concerns – looking at the band, no blemishes/errors.
It saves you a lot of money, which for some, will matter. It was a nice perk to me since my fiance opted for this, which basically allowed me to use that money towards our honeymoon instead. =)
I needed to replace a couple of lost earrings and a pair that I have wanted for the longest time. Customer service was great! The interesting part came after I received my beautiful new earrings. Went on vacation and hired someone to take care of kitty. I had put all my jewelry away except for the new earrings. The girl who took care of kitty apparently loved them as much as I did because they are gone! :( Soooo, I just reordered them again because they are so beautiful!
I sent TC 3.2 studs to my daughter. She is not easily impressed but she used adjectives like spectacular, stunning and fabulous. They came in a very timely fashion. My younger daughter has a set as well and they look great. We are all very for pleased
Loved the ease of ordering, and how quickly my purchase arrived. Fiancee gets plenty of compliments on how beautiful her ring looks. Customer service was great. Ring arrived much sooner than expected. Explained to Customer Service Rep that the ring was not going to be given for another 2.5 weeks. CSR extended the guarantee 30 days beyond the day I intended on giving the ring. I am very happy with my purchase.
I specifically ordered a ring size 9.5 but received a size 9 instead. Since I must have the larger size I ordered, it's going to be returned. Not happy to have to pay insured return postage!
Since Charles Winston left Charles & Colvard. The quality of Moissanite. Has gone down. The color has a slight yellow to it. More importantly, the sparkle is much less than previously. I have a large collection, but am seriously considering buying CZs.
I love this jewelry. I have bought several pieces for friends, family and myself. Even a jeweler can't tell the difference. I won't ever buy diamonds again. I will always buy Moissanite.
The ring was as described and beautiful. The ring had to be custom made, but it was received before the scheduled date.
