Two rings were ordered. One for Mother's Day and the other to be used as an engagement ring. I called and emailed customer service (cs) to advise the wrong engagement ring was sent. It took them close to a month to send me the return shipping label. My wedding was at the end of May. So I did not have the correct ring for the wedding! Now the ring has been returned close to a month. CS said the incorrect ring would have to be sent back before the correct ring could be sent. CS still has not sent the correct ring. I'm over it! CS sucks! I'll look elsewhere for a ring. I don't want to do anymore business with MOISSANITE.com!

The product itself, quite good, the but the service I felt was quite lacking.

Here's why: They made an error, sent us the wrong sized ring. Upon asking for reimbursement of shipping and duties, they opted to only refund me what their shipping cost was, not what I had to pay to send it back. Promptness to respond during crunch time seemed lacking. Accuracy of response also seemed less than ideal.

Purely based upon the product though, very good. The look is good, the quality of the work seems fine, no concerns – looking at the band, no blemishes/errors.

It saves you a lot of money, which for some, will matter. It was a nice perk to me since my fiance opted for this, which basically allowed me to use that money towards our honeymoon instead. =)

The quality & pricing are really good and the delivery was fast. I love my Ring. My only minor comment would be that in certain lighting you can see the yellowness of the stone a bit. But overall, I am so happy with it!

This purchase was intended as a gift and the person receiving it was delighted with it.
In my opinion Moissanite is the best. We purchased the first piece when they were first introduced on tv. The first one that we bought was a stone (about 3/4 ct.) from a shop in the Harwood Heights shopping center (Illinois) area, that was later set on an engagement ring from my husband. I have had it a long time... I am trying to remember. I think it was around 20 or so, years ago.
I now do not buy diamonds. There is no need to.

This is an incredible product. I remarried 8 months ago in Kauai and presented by beautiful 1.5 cart moissanite gem stone that I had placed in keep sake ring. My new bride loves the ring and the incredible brilliance of moissanite gem stone. I would have purchased a diamond but after looking at the quality and price difference between gems the decision to go with Moissanite made sense. We love the product and I are very happy with our decision. We'll always chose Moissanite over diamond. Thanks you for great service and products.

Was buying a gift, and needed assistance. The person I spoke with was smart, helpful and happy to help. Outstandingly good. I will buy here again, because I got to speak with a person, not an automated voice. Companies that don't employ persons in customer service will eventually lose because the quest for profit, often leads to dead ends which damage a carefully built reputations.

My wife of 40 years came to me with the picture of a Moissanite Debut ring she said I could give her for our anniversary, which was coming up in a few days. They were currently having a Christmas special, so when I ordered it, I got 20% off the price. A couple hours after I ordered it, I found out that I had ordered a half size too small. I called twice and emailed, to try to get the ring size changed, but never received conformation. Since it was a special order, it took almost a month to receive the ring. It was perfectly sized and is very beautiful. She is really pleased, and has received many compliments.

I bought two pieces of jewelry for myself----a men's ring and a cross that might have been intended primarily for women----or maybe unisex----but I found it was the perfect size for my gold chain. My experience with Moissanite from Charles & Colvard has been exceptional. A few years ago, I bought a pendant for my wife. All of my purchases of Moissanite have been positive. The workmanship on the gold settings is quite good and the stones have all been remarkable. I am very concerned that other sellers are now featuring Moissanite----I don't know if the quality will be up to the standard that we have become accustomed to. I hope these new sellers will not dump inferior product on consumers----that would give Moissanite a bad name after so many years of nothing but good products.
