I ordered a ring on clearance. My order came quickly, but it was not what I ordered, it was a more expensive ring. I called customer service and spoke with a young woman who told me that occasionally they send out something similar but a higher value when the item ordered is unavailable. She told me she would verify that was the situation and call me back, which she did, too tell me that was what had happened and the ring was mine. Definitely exceeded my expectations. I love my ring.

I have previously purchased Moissanite size 6 rings and I am happy with there fit.
The ring I received for this latest order was too large to be a size 6 and had to be sent back for re-sizing. When I opened the box the ring fell out.It was not in the ring slot making this a sloppy presentation in receiving the ring. The re-sized ring was delayed in my receiving. I had to call Moissanite to check on the statics of the ring. I was very unhappy with Moissanite because you could not give me a delivery date for the re sized ring.
I had no idea when it was coming.It was by luck I was home the day it came. When opening the box of the re sized ring, the ring fell out. It too was not secured in the box. Making my experience disappointing, again!

Sanite looks about the same or better than a diamond, and no one can tell the difference. Here is an example: My late husband and I went into a jewelry store that was owned by two brothers. I had a moissanite ring (1/14 ct.), and wanted to replace the older setting to a newer one. The one brother thought it was a diamond, as did the other one, until he used the loop. This was about 15 yrs. Ago, and we paid much more than it is today.

I needed to replace a couple of lost earrings and a pair that I have wanted for the longest time. Customer service was great! The interesting part came after I received my beautiful new earrings. Went on vacation and hired someone to take care of kitty. I had put all my jewelry away except for the new earrings. The girl who took care of kitty apparently loved them as much as I did because they are gone! :( Soooo, I just reordered them again because they are so beautiful!

I have owned a moissanite three stone ring for 10 plus years. I wear it every day because I love the design and comfort. I recently lost one of the stones and found this website to order a replacement. It was a great experience buying the new stone and then taking it to my local jeweler for setting.

Now I have my beautiful ring back and it's as beautiful as ever. I own a number of diamonds but still love the brilliance of my moissanite stones.

I love the brilliance that moissanite gives but the color on the other hand is a totally different story. I have a few pieces and the larger stones have a definite yellow color to them. It makes me sad, but in different light they can look colorless. I decided to keep them since the solitaire I have is butted up to much smaller eternity bands on either side and you don't tell as much. I am very picky on my taste. I would not spend the money on larger stones (above a 1/2 carat). The larger the stone the worse the discoloration is.

I lost a one carat diamond stud earring set in yellow gold. I was lucky enough to be able to purchase a one carat moissanite stone from you. That one was set in white gold so I took both of them to Jarods Jewelry store so they could reset my diamond in a white gold setting to match the moissanite. The goldsmith came out of the lab to ask me which one was the diamond. He said they both tested as diamond! I was able to tell because the moissanite stone was slightly larger.
