So i ordered two pair of shoes on October 21st, and fist red flag is when they said they would have to split my order up. Then as more time went by and they kept changing the delivery date. I still haven't gotten my order til this day.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered 3 new pair of shorts, which were a little too tight even though I have 10 pairs of older CSG shorts that are the same size. I was away on vacation and missed the 45 day return policy. Customer support was understandable and offered to exchange them for the next size. Even though they sent me an RMA, after knowing I missed the 45 day return deadline and after they agreed to offer an RMA anyway due to extenuating circumstances, I shipped the shorts back and their warehouse declined my order and shipped them back to me.
I am amazed that the company would agree to something and then go back on it. I called twice today and was told no after they already agreed to replace my order with one size larger.
I am so disappointed with this company.
I ordered Stan Smiths for my sister online thinking it was a reliable website, and they said it would ship in 5-6 business days. Its been a month and they haven't come, and I am furious. Now we have to call customer service, and I am so tired of these scams. I will never order from here again! Guys, save your money and your sanity.
Listen my package was delivered faster than I thought, I ordered my package and in less than 2 days it was delivered to my Fl address, most definitely will be ordering again 10/10 All the way from Nassau Bahamas
Ordered a pair of Airmax 90 on August 23rd 2020, shoe was supposed to come Friday August 28 2020. Never arrived checked tracking nothing just say its late and it on its way, called customer service they don't help told me to to wait to 11 and they will try to refund my money. I will never order shoes from them footlocker or eastbay. This is the worst shoe ordering experience I ever had. $#*! CHAMPS
Ordered sneakers from these people 3 times! The first 2 were never received and i was credited and the third one 15 days later is still not here and none of those idiots can tell me where it is. They are rude and do not care about their customers! I do not care if their shoe is 99.99 cheaper than Hibbets, adidas, nike or puma, my black $#*! would not be buying it. They can consider their app deleted from my phone. Champs ALL CUSTOMERS MATTER just so you know and by me not being satisfied you just lost about 10 of those customers.
We bought a pair of shoes for $69.99+tax and when the product arrived... it had price tags of ($39.99) we call 4 days ago. And tgey will not refund the remaining balance... vary bad customer service...
I placed an order and shortly after placing it I realized I had put the wrong shipping address. I quickly tried calling customer service to change the shipping address and no one ever answered! I tried EVERY SINGLE DAY at all different hours! No one ever answered! I even emailed customer service, again never heard from anyone! They created a shipping label and charged my card but the shoes have never shipped! I would like the shoes if I could get a hold of someone to change the address, but I have had absolutely no luck! This is ridiculous! I filed a dispute with my credit card company so hopefully I will get my money back. But how can a company not have anyone answering phone calls at all hours of the day? Never will I buy from Champs again!

About 3 weeks ago now I ordered shoes and I have called 2 times no answer, emailed them twice, and still no answer. I am currently on the phone right now and no one is still picking up. Never order from here online, this is the worst experience ever. I either want my money back or shoes to come in. I'm going to call a store near me and see what they can do for me. SO DISAPPOINTED.
I should of read the reviews before I placed my order, but Champs was the only store that had the shoes I wanted in my size. So I placed my order for a size 9 in women. Got shoes in the mail and they were a size 8. Of course customer service is not responding to my emails or phone calls. They expect me to pay to send them back when they made the mistake. I will never order from them again.
I received 1 of the 2 items i ordered online going on more than 2 weeks and no responce to my multiple emails please dont spend your hard earned money on a company that will not get you what you ordered or even try to respond to emails. They will take your money thats for sure. I did receive a box that only had 1 pair of shoes when i paid for 2.
I recently went online to make a purchase through the champs website. I orderded 2 pairs of shoes for my kids I only receieved 1 pair and was charged for both. Ive tried to call champs but no rep available ive emailed them over 4 times amd still havent gotten a reply a refund or my package. I ordered shoes online a week and a half ago have yet to receive a confirmation email my order number doesn't work I contacted customer service through email multiple time still have yet to receive a reply I will never shop here again
Have placed about seven orders with this company in the last few months. Three orders came within a week and a half. One of these orders was the incorrect item. Tried calling, phone kept hanging up, and then they stop accepting calls. Sent multiple emails, and no response. After two months, just returned to the store without even wanting the correct item. Because the other items did come, I gave them another chance. They have deducted the funds right away, and marks it as pre shipment and order is on its way. Have attached two of the orders that state pre shipment, and stay that way for multiple days. Emails are always automated. I have been charged for one order, that I have been waiting on for a little less than a month now. The other orders I placed are more recent so I was giving it a little time, but it looks like it will be the same issue. They made sure they took that money out the day after though. Pandemic or not, any other company that I have ordered from have never been this foul, and unprofessional. Reporting to the BBB, and disputing with my bank. Have called multiple Champ stores, sent emails, and called the 800 number. NOTHING!
They took my money out of my account but won't give me my merchandise it's been 3 days and people are telling me it's a system error. If it was it wouldn't take 3 fdays
I was looking for a specific pair of sneakers (nike air barrage) and found one of the color variants here. I purchased another pair from Jimmy Jazz a week prior and dealt with headaches which include zero customer service and answers to my questions (besides a automated/carbon cop response). They were also vague about shipping times though I paid for 2 day delivery
I say that to compare because here on Champs site they were very clear on details like when to expect the package, and what kind of delays are possible. Well even with explaining all that Jimmy Jazz took 10 days where Champs got the delivery to me in 4. Zero issues and loving my purchase
My grandaughter ordered shoes and never received them this was on May 10 2020. You can never get through to their customer service *******813 and *******451 it says we will be with you in a moment, no one gets to you. Gonna have to file a claim with the bank.
I placed an order with champs. It's been two weeks and I have not received any confirmation my order was shipped. The phone line doesn't go through, I can't track my order on their website. I can't even chat with them. Worst experience ever
Answer: You may never get them. Even if you click the link and check your order status and it says, "fully shipped" that does not mean you are getting your shoes. They will not notify you if they do not have them in stock - even though they said they did when you placed your order. Just waited over a month and made a couple of phone calls through the wait period. Endured being on hold and on the phone for over 1.5 hours. Was told a week ago that they would be sent. Today find out that they knew then that they didn't have them.
