Have been using their spyware detection service on my iPhone for a few years now and more recently their Android app on my Samsung tablet. Would certainly recommend both. The scan is very thorough and it helped me find a spy app installed by my ex wife when we were going through a divorce last year. I've continued to use it ever since just to know that I'm protected. The best thing for me though is their customer support. I've reached out to them with a lot of questions over the years and they've always been helpful. A lot of tech companies these days just seem to send you pre-typed generic responses but these guys always seem to go the extra mile. Thanks!

Got Certo for my iPhone after being in an abusive relationship for years. It found the spyware he installed straight away and told me how to get rid of it. Nice to know I wasn't being crazy this whole time! I still run scans now and again and it's good to have a peace of mind that I'm safe now. Would recommend it to anyone who suspects phone hacking.

I follow instructions on CERTO help and Itunes still cannot connect. I left a message for help and I am told I have to wait 12 hours for a response.
I dont know if they are any good yet.

Very happy with Certo's app. I am not very technically minded but I found it easy enough to use. Also it doesn't seem to slow my phone down or pester me with ads like lots of other apps. Would definitely recommend it.

I have been using their iPhone scanner for about 3 years now and it is changed a lot over that time - thankfully for the better! Before you had to mess around with iTunes and make a backup of the phone but now it is so much easier and just does the scan as soon as you plug it in. Highly recommended to anyone worried about their phone privacy.

I used their product in 2020, canceled IMMEDIATELY. They still auto-renewed in 21…I missed the CC charge, caught it this year (2022) and cancelled AGAIN. Let's see if I get my refund?!

In my opinion Certo has one of the best mobile security apps. I have tried a bunch of different apps over the years but Certo seems to detect the most and doesn't bombard me with ads etc. I like the feature that takes a photo of someone if they mess with your phone not something I have seen in any other apps.

I was actually quite impressed with this product. There doesn't seem to be many solutions out there for checking for spyware on iPhones so I was a bit dubious but it worked really well and the support guy I spoke to for guidance was pretty helpful too. Shame it's not an app but I don't think Apple allow it hence why it works via computer I guess.

Just know that you need a computer to use the product. I did not see the one brief mention of the when they asked for my card information. Now they refuse to refund, because they claim it's clearly stated. So just make sure you have the proper tools! And upon further research you can just go to your local cell phone repair shop and they scan it for you for $35. Might be easier. Good luck!

I have been fully refunded, which I do appreciate. The CEO has told me that the need of a computer is stated throughout the site, so in that regards just make sure when purchasing any anti spyware to look at all pages. As far as my recommendation to use a cell phone repair shop, he states:

As the only way this is currently possible is by using an application on a computer, such as Certo AntiSpy, to scan the device. Installing an app or manually reviewing settings on the device is not typically sufficient to detect most iOS threats.

I give this product 3 stars, because I do not want to negatively impact a product I have not used.

I downloaded the app after paying 49 dollars for it and it was totally useless. No clear instructions, no support or shall I say trying to contact this joke of an organization was almost impossible. Do not waste your money on this. I cancelled my subscription and know there will be no refund. It is all about the money for them. Or shall I say stealing your money!

Certo claims that it can found jailbreak and spyware by scanning iTunes backup I know in old days itune backup includes app executable files but it is not the case anymore
I have its license if someone sends a jailbroken backup I can test to both get my answer and tell the result here.
